Bet the flop.

I would call the turn as played.

<font color="white"> just kidding, I would never do that, but can't say it didnt cross my mind. OP, I suggest reading some posted hands here and our stickies.

Bet like .12 - .16 on the flop! As played, call the turn bet and evaluate the river. You have position and you may hit your boat.

grunch

You got yourself into this situation by not betting the flop. As played, you have to call.

It's NL2 so don't develop FPS. That's a great flop to bet because any Ax will call.

Re: Proper Fold???

easy call. You are getting 2:1 and you are 3.6:1 to fill up and you have great implied odds if he has the straight. And he will be trying to pick up the pot with any 2 cards a huge lot of the time here. Horrible fold. And horrible flop play of course. Dude, you closed the betting. What were you thinking? how on earth do you want to get it all-in when you leave the pot as small as it is?

UTG raised preflop so a call's fine.

But you really, really need to bet that flop. Now is not the time to slowplay if that's what you were thinking of doing. As played though, easy call on the turn.
