Easy river check, I'd say.

I'd need a better read to range-merge value showdown tax shove.

Re: river value shove vs unknown

def not an "easy river check" considering UTG rarely has a better hand, and also because people will call light with pair+busted draw type hands. I think a shove kinda takes away from that, so I like a ~1/2 pot bet.

Villain is unknown, so I am thinking a check here is best.

You have shown nothing but strength and Villain seems happy to call you down.

EDIT:
I can not see too many hands that call our turn bet and will call a value bet on the river that we beat.

On top of this the sizing of the vb is going to be a nightmare given stack sizes.

If you vb half pot, can you fold to a shove?

agree w/ moss that if you bet you shouldn't shove just because it looks so strong. I would be more inclined to check because there are definitely people that play two pair/set cautiously on a monotone flop and you have no reads.

looks good. oh well if you get value-stacked, you need to be getting value in spots like this.

Yeah looks fine. He very seldom has a worse hand. I usaully assume unkowns are not very good so i err on the side of agressive value beting. The limp call pre also indicates he is probebly not that good.

I like it.

Re: river value shove vs unknown

I dont think the shove is horrible but I think something like JXc is more likely to call something in the $60 range than the shove. I like never see a c/r on this river so a smallish bet should be pretty safe if you think he folds worse hands to a shove a lot.

I dont even think the shove is bad let alone horrible is what i meant.

Re: river value shove vs unknown

For those saying bet/shove can you explain why?

I see many more hands that will call/raise any bet that beats us then hands that will call that we beat.

Re: river value shove vs unknown

More on turn to set up smaller pot ratio value shove.

But, seriously full tilt plays so weird. I would honestly expect for villain to tank and call with J9.
