I don't think he will call a shove on the river with the K there.He has 99 left on the river so I was thinking of betting small (~60).How bad is this?

the K is a blank for him too. if nething it's a good card for him because he'll think ur repping it with air and call. I'd say a triple barrel if the river blanks is scarier from his perspective
