$500 dollar bills...
 

does anyone else just hate 100 bills? theyre so friggin annoying. i love poker in europe because of a. pl omaha b. horrible pl omaha players and c. 500 EURO BILLS! after a recent 5 digit win at the wynn i didnt have enough pockets for all those pesky benjamins...i walk to may car w/ every pocket stuffed w/ bills and its just unneccessary considering the fix is so easy.

What do you mean by "legal"? They are all legal tender but I don't think any are in circulation any more. They were primarily used for bank transfers, not individual transactions.

The 10k and 100k are not fakes. They just aren't in circulation anymore.

I went out to dinner w/ gobboboy a few weeks back, and he was randomly like "OOOOH LOOK AT THE COLORFUL MONEYS" then pulled out one of the 500 euro bills. Ballin.

can't have higher bills than that - then people involved with drugs might be able to conceal them! have to make sure anyone involved in carrying large amounts of cash has to be VISIBLE and OBVIOUS, that way they can get ripped off

Legal tender but not in circulation, there's probably info on the last time they were printed online. Big bills pretty much died with modern banking.

They way things are going the 1k bills will be printed again in a couple years and you can take them to your local wal mart and exchange one for a loaf of bread and a bowl of soup.
