8 hi in RR pot - take the last stab?

Villain is DCal Zone - this is my first orbit at the tbl. While I may have somewhat of a looser image from earlier sessions, hopefully he doesn't think im THAT bad/fishy. He runs 19/16.5. Obv PF is a fold the majority of the time, but ur allowed to gambool once in a while right??

you guys are so non-out-of-the-box. Everyone says OMG 8 HIGH BAD PLAY. No one has given an explanation - hand ranges, reads, etc.

Lets everyone stop jumping down this guys throat for a second. All he asked is if he should follow up with a river bet or not. IMO preflop isnt even that bad given the unusually small 3 bet. I think if you check behind the turn you pretty much have to give it up. Do you EVER check behind the turn w/ flush, set or 2 pair? I assume not. Your best option was to either bet the turn cause thats a decent bluffing card for you or just give up on the turn/river. In this hand I dont like betting turn and not river or vice versa.

i think preflop is fine, but i'd bet the turn.

Re: 8 hi in RR pot - take the last stab?

Preflop is bad b/c of the 4BB open with 8hi with a shorty and a TAG in the blinds, not because of the call of the 3-bet.

If I decide to bet this flop I would definitely follow up on the turn.
