What is the a standard tip out to the dealers in a Live MTT.

This is soooo wrong. Ask Betgo, he plays a lot of live MTTs. But I'm certain there is a typical percentage.

I wouldn't tip as a %. I would tip a certain amount up to a maximum, which is probably around $100 or £100 (I know these are vastly different but i'm weird like that)

Depends on whether your playing at a casino or at a local underground room, really...

The standard is 3% for the winner in a lwgal live tournament in the US. Lower final table finishers could probably give a little less than that. If they deduct money for staff in addition to rake, generally little or no tip. Outside the US, they are usually less into tipping, so probably less or none.

In the casions in St. Louis the dealers get paid a certain amount to deal in a tournament and all the tokes from all the cash tables are evenly divided for all the dealers. So if you tip the tournment dealer he has to hand that money over and it's split by every dealer working there. Because of that I tend to keep the tips small, maybe like 1-2% if I'm in the top 5.

I never tip at my casino. There's already a 100% rake for 2 of the $20 buy ins, a 37% rake at the $50 buy in, and a 20% rake at the $100 buy in. Most of the time the dealers let the regulars get away with murder so I never tip.

If I cash I usually drop in $5-$10 depending on prize.

Think it depends,I def think you should tip something....unless you are one of those people that never tip in restaurants.It is a service industry,so def tip a little bit.

if there is the dealer add-on stuff,then nothing would be ok I guess,other than that,for me it depends on the rake.The bigger the rake,the smaller the tip. I tip on average in the 5% range I guess,altho I'm probably more likely to tip more at my local casino,and less at a random one.....and yes,I know that's probably wrong
