He's definitely not folding a 2, but he might fold a J I guess. I don't really understand why you called the flop and turn though.

Weak players often c/minraise this kind of flops when they don't believe the C-better. I had to call $15 on the flop to win a $81 pot.

On the turn I got some more outs and he layed me a good price to hit one of my 10 (?) outs or to move him off his hand on the river when he checks to me.

Fold flop.

If you really want to make a play re-raise flop to $85, but against a 38/2 I would strongly advise against it.

You don't bluff calling stations, especially when they show aggression. I doubt villain ever folds here and his range is way ahead of your hand.

In my (limited) experience they do it when they have at least top pair with a good kicker.

Flop call is ok imo, but you have to fold turn.
