A couple of years ago in my area, someone (and I think it was during broad daylight, unbelievably) threw a large rock off an overpass. It smashed threw a car's windshield and right into the woman driver's face. Luckily, the male passenger was able to bring the car to a stop.

The woman had extensive injuries and needed to have surgery.

I heard about something like this. Did it make national news?

Also, these kids obviously arent doing this to hurt someone, they probably think its really fun and funny but have absolutely no clue how much damage they can do.

I guess I didnt want it all. I didnt have volume on my computer at the time, so I closed it after a few seconds and never watched it later with the volume turned on.

I can't understand how some of you get upset that these kids have found a way of expressing them selfs.
This is an important part in their life's, where they are trying to find their identity. This is normal and healthy behavior and they should not be punished for freely exploring their emotions and ideas.
