That leads to no-where for me. I looked at PSThemes.com and basically I'm just looking for one plain skin, if you make it for me then name your price.

the way UB software is set-up, there really is no such thing as a single skin. All six UB tables are affected by what you do to the cards and seats.

Early in the thread was a link to software that helps you do the mods. I thought that was what you were looking for.

What do you want your UB mod to look like, exactly?

the way UB software is set-up, there really is no such thing as a single skin. All six UB tables are affected by what you do to the cards and seats.

When I click on that link, what I mean to say was, a blank page opens up [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I am trying to do this, but I don't really have a clue what I'm doing. This is what I got when I deleted the seat images:

Not sure why it cuts out parts of the table like that. If the chairs are removed, how can you identify the active player?

Bar Nuthin's mod has a square behind the active player by the look of the pictures, so I guess you have to replace the active chair images with something.

The "reserved" seat and the "seat open" seat are black, so if we exchange either of those for the occupied seats and leave the active player seats alone then that would work great. Does that seem very difficult?

Switching the seats to "open seats" makes sense, I will try that. I also want to take out the UB logo, but I am not sure if the cards will interfere with this. To show the active player, I will try either a line or a box.

Below is basically what I want to do, the table will look cleaner (I just quickly cloned it).

change the seat image to the solid "invisible" color (a shade of green i believe), it should be quite evident when you open the seat file

the seat images are all pulled from a single image. like a collage

i used the red block simply to have some reference to who the active player was

Thanks! I am working on the active player images now. As for changing the table, how do you edit the folded card bmps?

there are so many hidden files inside the dll files. you'll just need to dig and find the images your looking for.

i wish now i would have created a log when i was doing mine (doh)

i don't play on UB much, but I just noticed that my old table mod doesn't work with the updated software (re-sizeable tables)

I checked it out though and it will not take much to have it back up and running.

I'll try and throw in a nice "plain" background this time, along with a stealthier table

Nice work Bar and OMG. If you have a way, could you post your dlls somewhere? Or paste the images here? I never got around to removing the chairs and would like to do so.

I'm not sure where I could upload the dlls. If someone could direct me where to upload I could do that.

Or if I posted the images, it is easy to put them in using PE Explorer http://www.heaventools.com/ (free download) and I could post directions.

I am still fixing a couple things on the above mod. I might make a couple different ones and post them here as well.

Put whatever files need to be replaced in a folder, zip it, and upload it at either of these for example and post the URL- nice work BTW, looks great [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Just switch the files (the name is the same) in the ultimate bet folder. Let me know how it works. I'm taking a break from poker this week, so I will probably play around and add a few more. Sorry the files aren't zipped, I don't have a program to zip, only unzip.

Ok, I just realized that I can just replace all of the UB backgrounds with the different tables (duh), so you can just switch between tables as you normally would switch backgrounds. BTW, none of the UB backgrounds will look right with the green dot/no chairs mod.
