Tell me how to beat 200NL and i ship u 50$
k this is 100NL, its 7k hands on other comp and about 400$ short. And about 2500 RB, because rake screws my play style so hard.

And i just cant fking beat it. Again about 8k hands missing that represent a break even stretch in the middle. so 28k hands. Why is it that whenever i flop a top set in 6 way pot i fold everyone out? Here's a wonderful piece of advice from pokey that has helped me enormously: When you move up, don't make modifications to your game. If you can beat 100NL for that BB/100, there's absolutely nor reason why you shouldn't beat 200NL. just bring the same game you played at 100NL. ship the 50 tx |

I adjusted this the last 10k hands at 100NL and i liked it. I think its always good to be mroe pos aware. Now my att to steal is like 41%. You shouldnt play different, but there is always room for improvement ofc. |

[/ QUOTE ] in my experience people at 200nl are much much much better at defending against steals than their 100nl counterparts (so don't steal more at 200nl). |

1. value bet and raise when you have an equity edge
2. bet and raise when you have fold equity 3. fold when the pot odds combined with implied odds suggest it is correct. 4. play against the weaker players at limit indicated 5. avoid negative variance 6. ????? 7. profit pm me. |

[/ QUOTE ] Most of your posts are "this guy plays 50/40/2 and hit his straight", "this guy is 60/10/1 and flops a set against my TPTK" etc. Somehow you feel that someone with fishy preflop stats should always have a worse hand than yours, but the truth is that preflop stats are no guarantee for hand strenghts. Actually, someone with fishy preflop stats can be quite solid postflop. As a result, you overplay your hands vs fish, you lose a big hand, you go on tilt because you feel you are unlucky (but actually, every fish DOES catch hands, even more often than you by definition because he plays more hands), rinse repeat and you're 20k breakeven. use no pa hud and play 100s for one week. review all hands like crazy. move up to 200s where the players are not that different. same thing. review all hands like crazy, again, using no pa hud. play like 25k hands there like this and see how it works. i know that's not poker strategy but that will be good for your game |

Actually like 50-60%% of these 200NL hands are at ongame and everest, where i dont use pahud. I couldnt say it really helped increasing my winrate. But i agree with the fact that i play better without stupid hud.. I dont focus too much on those retarded stats that dont mean anything postflop anyway. And the last 14k hands at 200NL iv done crazy session reviews, i harrassed lots of 2p2ers on msn to ask opinions about hands.. Its just that, everytime i have like KK in rr pot they got AA or flopped a straight or whatever. I got the money in behind alot, basicly it was me vbetting myself against a calling station with TPTK against his set, and then 3 hands later the idiot goes broke with middle pair over and over. So extremly frustrating. I feel that my game, and my handreading has improved a ton since my first 25k hands at 100NL, but it didnt really help improving my winrate. |

Raincloud's comment is good, do you remember dan.fab? He has incredibly bad PF stats (~70/10) but actually stacks off way tighter than most TAGs so I ended up 2 and 3b'ing him loads. So yeah always watch and study the opponents, work out what kind of fish they are, where they make their big mistakes.
Your W2SD is pretty high? Lastly you only show 20k hands? And you've complained about varience so it could well be you've mainly been running bad? |
