I'm not an advanced player but i like the Full Tilt tourney book. On the whole it has had favourable reviews. if you check this forum there should be some threads with peoples views on it.

I haven't read them but heard great things about Phil Gordon's Little Green Book and Erick Lingren's Making the Final Table

You can get Gordon's box set with the Blue, Black, and Green books. The first is pretty basic, but still has some good info for reference. The other two get much more in-depth.

Another vote for the Harrington/Robertie series! Great reads with interesting and very helpful example problems to illustrate the points made in the chapter.

They really helped my game - I had developed some bad habits that resulted in finishing tourneys on the bubble for 6 months or more (incredibly frustrating run of poker!). Harrington's third book really helped me analyze when and where I was going wrong.

The last live tourney I played in - split for first!

Which was 1st? I have Green. Although it is well written, it is mostly concepts with very few examples.
