Hollywood Poker: cashouts being cancelled by them w/o explanation

Anyone else dealing with these buffoons? My last 4 cashout requests to Moneybookers are "successfully accepted" (so says the Hollywood cashout page), only to be reversed on their end without explanation within 24 hours.

I've sent them emails, and they've replied with something about a technical glitch, which should be fixed now. They offer no explanation other than that. I try to cashout again, and of course it's canceled within 24 hours. Anyone else experiencing this? (I have made dozens of previous cashouts to Moneybookers without any problems...just in the last 2 weeks I've had these issues.)

Bump - come'on does ANYONE here play Hollywood and cash out to Moneybookers? They have now reversed a FIFTH CASHOUT IN A ROW without any explanation other than "sorry, technical difficulties". Anyone else have anything to say about moneybookers cashouts in the past week...?

I have done so many times. Indian guy who speaks some of the worst ESL english i have ever heard says:

1) Sry, we are having tech difficulties, try requesting a cash out again,

2) Sry, we can't let you speak to the payments team because they don't talk to the players; try sending an email

3) Thank you, come again.

Just wondering if anybody else is having cashouts reversed this week...

I am having similar problems with TowerGaming. My Moneybookers payout was processed, but have not hit my MB account.
Both site payout come from Safepay, there has to be some kind of problems.

Have they actually REVERSED the cashout and put the $ back in your account? That's what they've done 5 straight times to me now...e.g. cashout is initially accepted as successful, then 24-48hrs later, it's been put back in my playing account and shows as "Cashout Canceled" in my transaction history.

Hmmm, after I played at Hollywood about a year ago, I put them on my personal list of "sites with decent customer service". Guess I can take them off the list.

at least you can still play there.

I had just decided to open a moneybookers account and deposit at Tower when I read your thread. Please do keep me updated. I'm going to wait until I hear more about how it goes for you before I risk it.

I'm going through the same thing right now. Only been denied once so far though. Second one was two days ago though and haven't heard anything yet.

Is this at Hollywood or another Ongame skin? Same scenario as i described above, where it's initially accepted, and then returned to your acct within 36 hours, with a notation saying "Cashout Canceled" in your transaction history??

Yep, Hollywood. Asked for a withdrawl, got my acceptance e-mail, then got another email later that day saying it did not go through due to technical problems and that I should try again.

ugh, it just happened again for 2 large cashouts -- so it's now been going on for the last 3 weeks - i've had around 9 cashouts mysteriously canceled (although 2 did go thru). I'm done with Hollywood until they get this problem resolved.

Teddy, HP Mike was quite helpful with a bonus problem I had there. He hasn't posted anywhere here but in that thread, but he says he answers all PM's.

Might be worth a try if you haven't already. Sorry, I meant to post this last time I saw your thread, but forgot.

I went to cash out by check today only to find it was not an option, and has not been available for the last 2 weeks, with no fix in sight.

Wonderful

Teddy, whatever happened with this? Josem's reply in the phishing thread reminded me I hadn't seen a resolution posted.

He posted a screenshot of a 10k withdrawal hitting moneybookers in the moneybookers scam thread. I hope that email was the resolution of this issue.

I hope so too...but he said above that some were going through, so it might mean nothing as well.

Re: Hollywood Poker: cashouts being cancelled by them w/o explanation

After a lot of back and forth emails, they ended up telling me that I'd have to live with that glitch in their system; e.g. the problem is that any time I request a cashout before the previous one has completely cleared and hit my account, their a**backwards payment system would 'lump' the two together, which would trigger the 10K/day limit (if the two cashouts summed to more than 10K), and BOTH would be rejected. So the only way cashouts go through (like in the screenshot) is if I only make one and wait about a week for it to clear completely. It led me to decide that Hollywood, until they fix that glitch, just isn't the greatest Ongame skin for large balances, if u value liquidity of funds. Started a good thread about that and what the good alternatives are here:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...;gonew=1#UNREAD

EDIT: I was later emailed by a CS director promising to look into this glitch, so they could be on the road to fixing it, but as of now, i think it still exists.
