Yeah.. turn was probably a mistake.. If I bet, he will probably check/raise the turn, do you go till the end?

There is nothing to suggest he will c/r turn. Yes I am 100% fist-pumping all in.

Your hand is trips - not a set.

Bet turn.

Passive players generally dont bluff the river OOP very often IMO.

That said, I'm not too scared about the board. if you get boated it sucks for you. Raise to like 18.

he had 44 and hits the full on the turn. I raised the river to 15, (I totally missplay that hand for sure [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] ), He goes allin and feel forced to call because he can possibly have a weaker J

I want a loose villain to checkraise the turn. Just shove over the top. He won't fold a worse jack.

Why raise river anyway? You checked the turn to induce bluff and got it, do you think he's calling your raise if he was bluffing?

He's obviously 3betting better hands, probably calling with a J and folding all the bluffs. That's just my opinion.

My question is, does raising the river make it +EV?
