I definitely don't feel comfortable with the way I played this. BB is 40/12/1 over about 1300 hands. No history w/ them, however.

I suppose there is no sense in calling if this is the flop I fold?

Any thoughts appreciated.

I'd call $18 with most pairs. I'd fold on this flop to this bet though. Sometimes your hand is good and people won't cbet, and sometimes they'll bet small and you can call a street or two, and sometimes you'll flop a set. Who knows.

Theres no way this is profitable.

As for the hand I'm thinking just fold, I don't see how that could be a cbet since its pot sized and you are beat by JJ/KK/AA which I would think you will see here waaay more than AK or whatever else he is 4betting pf. I'd call and evaluate on the turn if the bet was smaller.

So you put this guy on a range of KK or AA, because he 4bet preflop? He then decides to bet pot on one of the safest possible boards??

Do you consistantly put a 13BB 4bet on KK+? If no, what is special about this spot?

Minraise/4-bet by random passive donkey is pretty transparent. Folding preflop is fine, folding flop is definitely fine. If it was something else this time, oh well, GG him.

A 40/12/1 doesn't 4-bet preflop and then PSB with anything Hero beats here. Stacking off isn't 'retarded', but it's certainly spewing.
