My aim just got hacked by the same guy who hacked stinger. Please ignore anyone asking for money. It's not me.

Can someone sticky in HSNL a list of 'hacked' AIM screennames? I think this might be really valuable.

[/ QUOTE ]if you were hacked thru keylogger. o on another computer and freeze all of your acccounts. then backup all important files then reformat infected computer change all your passwords and unfreeze your accounts.

then be smart and dont click links or open [censored] from anyone.

also on your new computer make sure to get CCleaner, windows defender, maybe zone alarm and maybe spybot its up to you. just be smart. and keep up to date on windows updates. any more PC questions just ask or PM me

Since getting money off of FTP takes a few days for processing they were able to locate all the money and get it back to him plus a few thousand if I remember correctly. It was around 100k. Someone should be able to dig up the link.

also, what is up with these aim hacks? is this guys method universal. i havent heard anything about how this guy is getting aim's but he's gotten quite a few people. any idea?

I didn't click on anything. He sent me a message from sportsbettor07 sayin to send him money. I blocked him then he threatened to hack me from another name and all of a sudden I got kicked off. He's talked to me before but I really don't remember clicking on anything from him. I'm trying to reset the password but aim is asking me security questions that I don't know the answers to like billing information and I've never paid anything for it. He must have changed all that [censored] too.

AIM servers are full of easily exploitable holes and stuff. I know because in middle school one of my friends was really into the online "hax0r" scene.

He would hack "valuable" screen names for fun all the time. His screen name was "kurt cobain" for a while...

If I click links to other urls using firefox am i protected from getting any keylogger? what about in internet exporer? is there a difference?

I'm pretty sure the first name he talked to me on was sportsbettor07 but I'm not 100% and I deleted that conversation. But the other two names he talked to me on were gameofskillz and alwaysriveed.

I guess I might as well out my aim name since I'm probably not going to get it back. Samh119 is not me.

Ok, uhh I definitely saw this post after I already talked to the scammer on SAMH119 and within the first few lines I knew it wasn't Sam. The font was weird and the typing was all messed up unlike Sam's. lol at him not even knowing how much the WCOOP cash was for or Sam's UB sn etc etc or the ridiculousness of wanting 1-2k to play "now" when its maybe half a buy in at the stakes sam plays. I basically just made [censored] up to mess with the scammer and maybe level scam him in return. Like we never did any trades before for any amount of money and there was no system of you send first then I send first. Maybe I just got lucky I've played with him a bunch on UB where his sn is nowhere like his SN. Now after reading this thread and seeing how easy it is for him to hack pws, it probably wasn't a good idea. So I blocked the sn, careful guys this [censored] is messedup. Sam, how did he know who the high stakes poker players were, did you have a buddy list section labeled "poker" or something?

fwiw, i talked to stu paterson who was hacked by this guy a month or so ago, and he said the way the hacker got in was through the security question, so if you havent already, change or disable (if thats possible) your security question.
