Anyone have any problems with the ranges? I figure there is less as we get higher in the ranges so having 3 years in 1 isn't a terrible thing.

Yea that is the reason for this, BM is naturally skewed towards the older side of things.

The older 2+ers are more likely to have jobs where they can read 2+2 instead of working. Younger people are more likely to have "after hours" jobs or work where they do not have the privacy required to type this reply while being paid to be doing something else.
