FAILURE message when withdrawing with EPASS
 

I have been withdrawing 600 a day from Epass for the past week and a half and today I got a message saying FAILURE. Never had this happen before. What is going on?

i got the same message. tried earlier tonight, then again 3 hours later and same message. wonder whats up.

From time to time I get same message, one time I got it for days. Be patient, don't panic.

Did it say failure in communicating with your bank? I've gotten the same thing a few times. I just try again 3-4 more times and eventually it goes through.

I had the same problem, and was also unable to withdraw using my Epass Visa card. I was able to deposit my whole balance into a poker site, where I feel it is safe. I emailed Epass support, and am waiting on a reply.

No, it is saying FAILURE. That is all it is saying. I have never had this happen before either.

Hmm I just tried to withdraw some too and I'm getting the same message. Tried 4-5x over the last two hours.

Just had the same thing happen here, this is not the same as the previous "failed to communicate with your bank" error message and i don't like it

Same here. I thought yesterday might have been because of the holiday but it happened again today. I sent an email this morning, still awaiting a response.

I called ePass about 20 minutes ago to talk about something else and tehy told me their whole system was down and to call back in 2 to 3 hours.

Sounds like good news, and just a glitch. Has anyone been able to withdraw to Epass visa? I emptied my account, so I can't try it.

I thought all the money in your account was available for the epass VISA card. Or is this something different?

I've been trying to deposit into epassporte and haven't had any luck in the past couple days. Old CC was 'flagged' for some unknown reason (maybe because I logged in at home instead of work). Tried a different CC - micropayment showed up on my CC site - confirmed - tried to deposit 'verified by visa' success - then "Your transaction has been declined by your bank". My bank claims no knowledge of any of this other than the pending micropayment/confirmation amount. I think they are just having some issues, I have emailed them. We'll see. In the meanwhile looking into other deposit methods.

Hasn't worked for me for a day now. First I got the could not connect message, now I just get "FAILURE."

Hmmmmmmmm, it's saying that they are unable to process withdraws right now. I'm not leaving money in there; this is getting too shady for me.

Damn, I really needed to get some money out of there for the tax man in the next 10 days. I was hoping this was going to blow over.

Uh it keeps saying FAILURE, yet they took out the $2 fee without doing the transfer. This doesn't look good!!!!!!! And I'm very pissed.

Great, I have a few transfers pending that definitely would have hit my bank by now in the past. Hopefully this is just a small glitch.

Has anyone else heard anything from Epass support about these issues? They have not returned my email, written a couple of days ago. I tried calling, but gave up after half an hour on hold, because its an expensive international call for me.

In case anyone is worried about their Epass balance, I'll repeat that I was able to deposit my whole balance (only around $600) into a poker site, yesterday.

Now they are saying that they can't process withdrawals due to system maintenance. WTFFFFFFFFFFF, I still have over 6k I need to cash out.

Don't know if this applies to what was/is happening. Withdrew from FT a few hours ago. Hit epass a few minutes ago. Went to ATM and withdrew. No problem.

Anyone submitted cashouts via bank transfer on EPass from mid-late August receive them...? I submitted three early last week that I have not received, and this thread about the current issues makes me a bit nervous.

yes i have received a couple in the last few days, tho i can't do withdrawals again at the moment this time it's a maintenance error message. i think they just rotate the error messages randomly

What a mess, I wouldn't risk more than you're willing to lose with these guys. Service rep sent me a message quoting an account number ending with 4 digits totally different from my CC and an attempted deposit amount also different. Yikes. They claim that my bank declined the transaction but in talking to my bank, they see no record of the attempt. So something either fishy or just plain FUBAR going on.
