U.S.A. Players getting money deposited at PokerStars

All -- I am prepared for the flames.

How are American players getting their money onto PokerStars nowadays? I haven't played in quite a while but am returning and don't really have enough on PokerStars currently; what has been the most reliable method for getting money deposited?

Also I believe some credit cards and prepaid cards have been working as well.

Just had success w/ the Netspend (All Access) card yesterday. Be warned though, you have to buy the card, activate it, then they send you the real card that you can use. Took a few weeks, major hassle - Use Epassporte instead.

E-checks? really? The website says the following:

PokerStars stopped accepting deposits and cashouts from US players via eChecks as of the evening of January 17th, 2007.

So -- is this just horribly out of date?

They just recently opened up this option again for most players. Check to see if you have it available on the site.

Why on earth would you want me to get better? Besides, I am already sufficiently deluded that I am good and PokerStars is just rigged against me -- that's even better isn't it?

Anybody with a Bank of America account successfully use e-check? Tried last night and I was informed by PStars that declining message indicates that BofA doesn't work with the e-check processor.

Anybody have success with Commerce?

ePassporte. Set it up with my bank (BoA) in about 10 minutes and was playing immediately. I was surprised how quickly it worked.

I didnt get into paytrucard till after they ran out of cards so I wouldn't know... but from what I hear yes, it posts to your account within 48 hours and you can take it out at any ATM after that.

paytrucard was a nice way my friends were doing it. I never signed up, and went there the other day only to see, they are no long taking more members. According to the CS, they ran out of all their card numbers they had.

I cashed out using paytru,

The original $500 was instantly applied, and then the remaining $300 of an $800 withdrawal was applied in 16 hours.

Went down to the atm, got cash in hand in less then 24 hours

total charges $2.50

Wow, very nice!

I tried loading my epassporte account with a capital one visa, and it did not work. I was told by capitol one customer service that "we do not do business with epassporte".
