Re: An unknown pushes into my TP2K

With a read this is an easy hand but against an unknown i really don't know what the proper line is. If i'm not calling with TP2K on this flop I'm really exploitable no?

Is this ever anything but a set or a flush draw?

I fold this type of stuff vs an unknown. I'm not in a hurry to play big pots w/o information and all you have invested is a raise and a cbet.

You would be really exploitable if the unknown somehow knew you would fold TP2K in this spot, and you didn't know that he knew. But since he is unknown he doesn't know. So I wouldn't worry about it here.

I'm pretty sure he's saying that the CO is likely to have those hands.

Fold this w/o a read, and never ever fold a set here. I think you see at least 2pr here a lot. This is some donk afraid of getting sucked out on more than a FD IME. Overbet shove is the nuts a lot.

Re: An unknown pushes into my TP2K

Yeah, this is a clear fold I think.

Due to our strong PF raise from the BB position the villain is (correctly) trying to stack a top pair or TT+ hand by representing a flush draw. Assuming we're TAGish?

Pushing here looks like a semi-bluff but whenever I've called a shove in this situation I've been way behind 90% of the time. A flush draw is pretty rare in my experience.

2 pair or a set for sure.
