I emailed support about a month ago regarding it. So far its still in beta and only available by request on the testpokerstars platform.

Fusion is not free. You were using the beta version. The full version has been released.

Fusion runs atleast 67.8% better than parallels. Ive had it installed and running xindows xp on it for 9 straight days with no reboot or anything and its smoother than a real pc.
