Villian is a reg who just moved up from NL25
he got his big stack by flopping a flush.

Is this to weak?

Standard fold, paired board + flush hits, you're behind almost always here

I dont think a good reg calls with a fd on a paired board.
Maybe he just wants to look u up with a smaler pair. ok u are deep stacked but still i dont think he has a fd.
Very ugly spot deep stacked.
I would bet half pot and fold to a raise.

I would've b/f the turn. As villain, I would've bet anything on the turn.

So c/r turn would be a real sweat play here right?

Re: NL 50 QQ on JJx flop

what so you can re-bluff? no just bet and get value from worse hands and prob fold to a raise.
only time that is correct I think is if villian had a hand that he would have folded to a turn bet and you pick up a little extra/or the unlikely event he has a 2nd best hand that will bet and call your c/r

Re: NL 50 QQ on JJx flop

c/r will fold out lower pairs and it's spew w hen you're behind, so I don't like it.

It's still better than just open folding though, which is gross imo.

b/f is the only line that doesn't suck

Jack and SC should no even be in his range here.

If villain will bet any hand if checked to here, why not just check/call.

missing out on value?

A club dropping would be terribly as well.

Re: NL 50 QQ on JJx flop

You're not missing out on anything if he always bets.

also, if he always bets, no different if a club drops whether he bets or you bet.

Re: NL 50 QQ on JJx flop

I didn't mean that villain always bets. I meant that villain may bet with anything.

A bet doesn't narrow is range. But he may check a bunch of hands.
