I've seen 2 guys on ipoker playing 18-20 table at medium stakes. Myself I often start a session by opening 16 tables, it's so smooth on ipoker it can be done quite easily.

I play on NoIQ poker. There's a lot of ipoker skin that wont allow to open more than 8 tables. The only other skin I know on ipoker that allows it is Carlos poker.

I think he's stated elsewhere that he's hit 45 at once, but it wasn't in that video. I've topped out at 20.
