I would Fold the River, looks like a value bet vs. two other people, esp when your hand screams that the King hit you. You've got all the draws on the Flop yet he calls 31 and is betting a King? A Set wouldn't surprise me here.

A set that simply calls out of position on a draw-heavy flop and allows the chance of the turn being checked through?

Seems like a really easy call, dont think you are beat unless he has like K4 or something. I dont think he can call a raise that often when you are good though.
