August Goals Thread
 

For me:
Coach 20 hours a week.
Play 20 matches per day.
Play at most 10 hours of limit o/8 a week even though it is incredibly fun.
Move up to the 550s and take some shots at the 1100s.
Put 100k in the bank (this is a huge stretch).

15-20 matches a day
analyze my HHs very thoroughly
post more hands
try to reply to difficult threads
figure out my BR situation and play accordingly
continue to receive coaching
convince cwar to post a 10$ SNG video

Move up to 10 dolla games and be up to the 20 dolla games before school starts.
Maintain my ridiculous hotstreak.

I just started back after a break, I spent my previous roll getting married so I'm starting at the bottom.

My goals for this month are to beat the 5.25s on Stars, hopefully getting a 60% winrate and then move up.

1k SnG's at the $220-$550 level. Hopefully about 10% ROI.

- 10 matches avg each day in Aug
- Take stabs at $22 turbo
- Use more time studying HH's in pokertracker/Replay viewer
- Reply to more HH threads in order to practice.

I guess this is it, might be some more goals I can't think of right now, but above is what I aim to do better this month.

I am seriously considring this:

Go for the sharkscope leaderboard $6 > $15 av profit over 500 games. Playing $10 non turbos

I think i feel I want talking out of this but something makes me really like the ideaof my name on one of those leader boards.

Someone talk me out of it....

(oh yea and to not lose my girlfiend.) It's getting to the it's poker or me stage.

Dont get fired at work for studying cards too much.
Play well at the 115s and pwn them for lots of $.
Convince cwar not to post any free videos because he needs to get paid for his great mechanical/technical advice.

Play alot of 100nl and win llots of monies, then move up to 200nl, possibly with a coach and win even more monies.

goals:

Only can play from yesterday to the 21st (Leave for Europe on the 22nd)

so, in 3 weeks i'd like to:

make 3k playing 55s and 110s
not tilt, have multiple losing days in a week, or cash out too much
Coach for at least 5-10 hrs
Keep winning [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I´m playing NL200 so I think it should be possible.

I have played less than 10k hu hands total though, so we´ll see how it goes, but I´m feeling pretty confident. The players are amazingly bad.

In no particular order:

Maintain Platinum in 3 weeks or less.

Take some shots at higher games.

Get bankroll up to 10k+.

Get coaching site up and working.

Satellite into the WCOOP HU event.

Break 100 on the golf course.

play 80 hrs. or 35k hands of 1/2-3/6 heads up NL on stars/ftp. Make more than $200/hr overall.
I know 80hrs aint much but i'm a huge slacker....
