I voted yes... but you should specify since when. Since Neteller screwed over Americans? Yes. Since UIGEA? Yes. Since 2005? Hell yes.

I think things have become easier now that people are realizing its not illegal to play poker online. The last couple of months I think things have become a lot softer then say Jan of this year.

1. No.
2. It is not going to be illegal for Americans to transfer money.

I don't think you understand the situation.

Right now is definitely easier than the beginning of the year, but there is still no argument that pre-UIGEA internet poker was the easiest.

I assume a lot of this can be attributed to new markets (Europe, Asia) starting to get interested in poker recently.

i made a calculation skillevel in poker goes from 1 to 7, 1 is great 7 is dumb the average is 4. If poker is growing 30% and 50% of the loosing players leave and loose there money in lotterie, sports, slots you have relative soon an average skillevel from 2,4 instead 4,5

The games at low limits can't get tighter on most sites. I think they have hit rock bottom. The only way they can get harder is if the games start playing lagishly aggressive. I can't see that happening at low limit/ low no limit as the average bust even/marginal winning player don't have it in them pyschologically to play lagish or postionally raise.
