For all those interested, we are going to meet at the Ibar at 8:30pm. The Ibar is in the center of the Rio casino floor, directly in front of you if you walk in the front entrance. I will be getting quite intoxicated and insulting almost everyone. I am leaving tomorrow evening, so this'll be it for this kind of thing.

Actually looking up and reading the best places to get flat out wasted in Vegas, it sounds like Coyote Ugly is the best bar to just get flat out drunk and behave like an ass in.
