Nintendo DS - Missing any must-have games?

Metroid Prime Hunters
Brain Age
New Super Mario
Mario 64
Star Fox
Trauma Center
Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Brain Training
Children of Mana
Elite Beat Agents
Final Fantasy 3

Also, I never played the GBA. Any games there I should check-out?

While it's almost certainly going to be a must-have, I don't think this counts just yet unless you live in Japan.

Pretty good list. I'd include Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow and maybe Phoenix Wright. The only GBA games I've played are FFVI Advance and Zelda: The Minish Cap. I'd say they're both worthy of inclusion.

I double and triple-checked your list to really verify that you left off MarioKart, probably the most fun DS game (in multiplayer of course, though it's still loads of fun in singleplayer). I also love this puzzle game called Picross (kinda like sudoku, only you make pictures instead of fill in numbers), and if you like Elite Beat Agents, see if you can track down the Japanese equivalents Osu Tatakae Ouendan 1 and 2. Yea, it's all in Japanese but the buttons and selections are all in the same places so it's easy to navigate, and some of the songs are really catchy.

If you like Elite Beat Agents, import the Japanese version, Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan!

If you like text driven story games that kill time for a couple of weeks then you should get Phoenix Wrigh Ace Attorney and Hotel Dusk Rm 213.

Not sure if these games are reviewed well by most but I found them enjoyable while they lasted. Obv no replay value whatsoever.

I agree. I was quite dissappointed. I think it is also kind of laughable that you can replay it with what was it, a total of 4 different characters? The main game was so repetitive and boring, it was the same thing over and over again. Why would I want to do that 3 more times?

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrows is must-have. I really loved that game. It's actually the only Castlevania game I've ever played all the way through.

I've heard people say that Advance Wars is must-have also, but I haven't played that myself yet.

Sonic Rush and Kirby are both fun well-designed quick games that are easily worth picking up for $20.

Puzzle Quest seems really repetitive to me, and I have no idea what I'm doing with my special spells and [censored].
I downloaded the game so don't have the manual

Advance Wars is easily one of the best GBA games ever made if you're one for strategy games. I LOVED it.

Please get it.

Anyone know where you can find Advance Wars: Dual Strike (the DS version of Advance Wars) without having to pay like $50 for it used? The game seems exceedingly hard to find cheaply.

You can have my copy. If you just want the little game itself (w/o the game-holder/instructions/etc) I don't mind putting a little protective plastic over it and dropping it in the mailbox. But if you'd rather pay for shipping for the whole package/more protection/expedited/whatever, we can work something out. PM me.

I just got a DS and I'm playing a lot of Pokemon Pearl and Puzzle Quest. My experience with the DS is limited though and it's nice to see that there are so many other must-have games out there when I get tired of the ones I have.
