Not my biggest win, but most impressive was back in June of '04, back when 200 NL was the biggest on party and blinds were 2/4, I got my stack up to $6.5k in 12 hours. I always thought it might be some sort of record.

Back when it was capped, this multi-hundredmillionaire dot-com guy sits down and proceeds to literally play every hand but one (you shoulda seen the look on people's faces when he folded) for 7 hours. He hit trips against everybody and got paid off and I ran well against him and probably made 20K off him with him sitting to my left.

Typical hand: UTG raises to 100, I raise to 400 with JJ, he cold-calls with J2 and we get it all in on 245J board. Best game I, as well as many other A.C. regulars who were there, had ever seen.

43k. When i did that in december, it was actually a big deal, now everyone plays 1k/2k.

Have me beat, back in those days my biggest was $3.7K

As far as my biggest win its been 11K in one session or 15K in 24 hours. (excluding tournies)

Just an observation here.. but it seems most of the numbers in this thread are lower than the ones in the "most you've lost" in a day thread.

This is my experience too, my worst day is slightly worse than my best day in terms of money lost or gained.

If we're winning players and get our money in with the best of it more often than not, how does this happen? Apparently we're all tilt monkeys.

I think my best is somewhere around 9k. I don't think I've ever hit 10. I play really short sessions.

37k vs a fish HU in 50-100 on prima... higher than I normally play, but I saw the guy sitting alone and he had been getting owned in my 25-50 game, so I figured I would take a shot.

I normally play 10-20 and MTTs so this was a HUGE win.

Well mine was on a 6max table, and I think I ran a 75/50 followed by simply betting the pot on all streets almost regardless. Somehow, that turned out to be a solid strategy that day =)

I wasn't on 2+2 at the time, but that whole session got passed around to a bunch of other forums, I still look back on it once or twice a year for amusement.

finished up 8k at the bellagio 5-10 1k max buyin game a couple weeks ago after a 16 hour session. the floor said it was the most he'd seen anyone take out of the game so far. then i slept for a real long time and barely left the hotel room the next day it was great.

yeah but when you quit winners and employ a martingale approach to losing days then that's the type of thing that happens. I know from experience.
