35 day winning streak over

I have played poker every single day for the last 4 months.

The last 35 days have been great, booking a win every single one.

Had a losing day today though which was seemingly unavoidable. (1 buyin: nut flush vs straight flush, 0.5 buyins: KK vs AA allin preflop, 0.5 buyins: AA v QQ allin preflop, etc. + 0.5 buyin mistake, +0.5 buyins of tilt ... not getting paid off when I hit, missing almost every draw etc.)

I am thinking about taking a 1 day break from poker.

For the 4 months:
320,000 ring game hands (all NL and PL hold'em)
~20,000 tournament hands (guess based on 200 S&Gs/MTTs)
~1,000 hands of live poker

varies by whether it is ring, 6 max or heads up.

my VPIP is in the 20's.

I'd rather not post the PFR and AF information because I don't want to play against people playing like me.

at NL100 and lower I buyin full.
but the majority of the other players don't so it is lower effective stack sizes.

And earned about $26,000 over four months ($6500/month) running very well....probably not doing much else (although OP didn't say anything to that effect).

Sounds like a very unsustainable lifestyle to me.
