Jeff Lisandro 1 million/yr
Jeff Lisandro interviewed by Tiffany Michelle on PokerNews.
Jeff says that his goal every year is to win 1 million dollars playing cash games. He has reached his goal THE PAST 9 YEARS. So sick. He mentions his brief run in the Big Game...bloodbathed for a million and then grinding out a couple million profit. Very impressive long term success and consistency. |

Re: Jeff Lisandro 1 million/yr
i live in lisandro's home town. last time he was around he sat $500NL and played about 1 hand an hour. he talked a lot about working out and getting fit before the series, and how he spends a few months in the gym hardcore before every wsop. clearly a man who still takes his poker very seriously in spite of his already existing accomplishments, and who isn't willing to splash around or gamble even in a 2/5 game out of principle/discipline.

Re: Jeff Lisandro 1 million/yr
Lisandro seems like a very likeable guy. Low key and humble.
Friedman was a real douchebag for attacking his integrity without even knowing the guy. Lisandro interview |

Re: Jeff Lisandro 1 million/yr

I know Jeff from Perth, Western Australia. He is one of the more impressive people you will meet in poker and most of his success comes from years of live play in various countries. Last time I saw him he was up to 8 straight > $1Millsky years (PROFIT not donkament earnings) so the story is true. [/ QUOTE ] You know this because he told you? I've heard of 3 different interviews where he makes this claim. An accurate character judgment about Lisandro can be made by watching the CP interview with Reese who says he never wore the bracelets he won and never wanted to tell people how good he was. He would rather play with people and let them make their own judgment. Lisandro strikes me as being 100% full of [censored]. You can usually tell the biggest winners from the big live games by virtue of the fact that they never tell you they win or how much they've won. The opposite is also true. The one's claiming big losses are usually overall the biggest winners. The only time I've ever heard Doyle talk about the big game was a few years ago talking about how that year was going to be his first losing year playing poker. Applying this truth we can see that Farha is also full of [censored]. Pretty easy to figure out who the winners and losers are if you apply this principle. G'day, Mate. |
