If this isn't a joke you need to figure out why we think it is.

If he turned over A-Q or quad J's, then this is just another "omg I lost with the second nuts could I have gotten away from this" post.

BBV.

Betting the turn is maybe close because board is very scary yet guy is weak calling station so he could have A9 or a broadway straight draw. I probably play it the same. So what if he had JJ.

Er, n/m.

For some reason I thought you had a straight on the turn. Sorry.

I'm really disappointed with these responses (most). This is uNL, where a lot of folks, myself included are beginners. In some cases, you are going to get posts that may seem trivial to you, but are important/confusing to the OP. If you aren't going to be helpful, why bother posting stuff like I see above? -EV. So, on to my thoughts on this hand.

This board hits the station's range all over the place. His favorite gutshot draws, two pair, a pair with a gutshot, etc. You have a tough hand on this board.

I prefer to check the turn planning to check/call the river unless my hand improves. The turn sucks. KJ,QJ,TJ,J9 just got better. KT is in his range as is AQ, AJ, JJ, and maybe even QQ (you did say weak station, and weak stations will often call with JJ/QQ instead of re-raising).

The station will make bad calls yes, but on a board like this that hits him all over with his favorite hands, I want pot control. I have a hand worth showing down and I'd like to get to the showdown.

There are much better textures to value bet him 3-streets (ignoring the A on the river). The main point here is checking the turn for pot control.

Obv all the dough goes in on the river as played. And you take down the pot 99% of the time.

My two cents.

If OP wants an answer then he needs to ask a question. All he did was post a hand were he got all in with a boat against a calling station. If he didn't feel comfortable with the turn decision, he could and should have said so.
