Try to get it in on the turn!
He has a 7 or a pair lower than yours most of the time, and he probably won't fold.

(Also 3bet preflop)

Also, the preflop and flop bets were really quick, which made me think it would likely be a strong hand.

Re: 5/10 JJ in blinds

Have to stick that 3rd bet preflop and out of position with the button left to decide. By reraising preflop you will most likely get the hand down to yourself and the small blind where you will have position. By reraising to 120$ the pot will likely be 250$ if the small blind calls (button will probably fold). How you played the hand, the pot was 130$ less than it most likely would have played out, there were 3 players now in the pot, and one has position on you.

SB 3bet PF, CC is fine. This looks pretty standard for me and LOL for thinking SB has a 7 here, except for the rare 77. SB's line screams overpair. I expect to see 88+.

I don't see much value in pushing river either as you repped a big hand and SB won't be calling with any hand you beat but probably won't fold QQ+.

looks fine, folding the river is also good think he is betting small with QQ+ hoping 88-JJ calls

What have you seen the SB raise before with a limper or two? I think his raise is a bit on the small size PF as well. Without playing the SB before I'd have to put him on JJ+ here with a slight chance of 88/99/TT. You did raise the flop after all and I doubt he'd call that with 88/99/TT unless you raise draws quite often.

Looks fine if you decide not to raise PF this time.
