Villain is 17/5/1.5 over 200 hands. I just call PF since he's a nit raising UTG and the shortstack will get me pot committed firing any flop c-bet. I considered folding preflop as well fwiw.

Not much value in the flop c/r, especially if you are folding to this 3bet. I'd lead flop or check-call.

I despise a c/r to this player on the flop, especially if your folding to a 3-bet. Is it for value? as a bluff?

seriously, with his stack, just commit yourself preflop. make it $48 and then you can play this flop a lot easier. oh, and, bad fold on the flop btw.
