Re: River play
I'd bet the turn and raise the river. You can fold to a threebet, but I am not good enough to do that. Take people to valuetown

Re: River play
Why do you bet the flop with nothing and check the turn when you make a hand?
Bet the turn and and river and call down if raised. |
Re: River play
To a maniac, I am betting the turn, raising the river and calling a 3-bet. But this play doesn't look like a maniac as there was no cap on flop and no raise on the flop.
What does "maniac" mean here? |
Re: River play
bet the turn and raise the river.

Re: River play
Jane, this has to be one of the easiest river raises in the world.

Re: River play
I was thinking the same... lol

Re: River play
404 - Maniac not found (perhaps just a lag preflop?)

Re: River play
way too passive, bet turn, raise river!!

Re: River play
If you are going to bet the flop you should probably bet the turn as well. I would raise the river and call a 3 bet.
He might have a K, but he didn't cap preflop so it might be KQs or KJs (they might not even be suited). If he is a maniac, I would think he would cap these hands as well. He might be as weak as KT, K9 to 3 bet preflop. I can only really speak from live experience so keep that in mind. I wouldn't put him on AK. |
