Is variance too powerful to overcome at 100nl ?
 
Iam solid winning poker player. Unfortunately variance is just too much for me. I cant take it anymore. Did anybody experience something similair ?

But I have no idea what this really is a graph of though. Maybe a breakeven player who liked to take shots, and the larger blinds tilted him each time?

Yup, I suck at the cash games, but at least I can control my losses and donkstrike the MTT's enough to stay afloat. I'll put my graph together, but I bet it looks a hell of a lot like yours.

chances are he's one of those (not uncommon) dudes who plays long sessions when stuck and short sessions when up.

lol at people thinking being bad is variance, u can beat any level in time if good, its easier at the lower levels

Its not too much to overcome but it does make you want to throw up at times.

Im stuck about another 5 buyins just this evening and most have it has gone to 80/5 retards just waking up with flush vs flush, top set vs middle set, QQ>AA etc etc and obviously getting zero action on your monsters. Not much you can do really.

Its depressing but its not always like that.
