"Make a POG Glossary" contest!

Simply a list of terms used in POG/Werewolf jargon. Some of it can and should be 2+2 specific, and some of it internet specific (i.e. adding rickroll would be appropriate).

The winner of this contest gets a permanent custom title of their choice and credit in the sticky and the wiki (where I'm sure this will get mirrored)

TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY

Entries must be submitted to me in PM form. Your PM must contain (in this order)

1) The number of definitions
2) The terms defined, one per line
3) The actual glossary entry

I will keep a running list of all terms, and keep this thread updated with the current leader. I am still working out rules but anyone who doesn't try to keep addons to their original entry to a minimum (i.e. PMs me every 5 minutes with one more word to their entry) will be disqualified. Disqualifications by this are solely up to my discretion.

Peek: To view a player (as a seer) to see if they are a wolf or not.

Modkill: To be killed by the moderator of the game, for breaking the rules, compromising the game, or just generally being disruptive.

N0: Night 0. The first night of the game, where stuff such as seer views happen. It usually starts immediately after roles have been given out, and ends when everyone who needs to do something relevant to the game has done so.

D1, N1, D2, etc...: Phases of the game (Day 1, Night 1, Day 2).

PM: Private message. Usually the best way to contact the moderator if you have a question that you do not want the others to see you asking.

FYP: I was reliably informed over at BGG that this means "Fixed your post". Usually used when a previous post by another player has been quoted with a deliberate change, so that it now says what the peron "fixing" the post wants you to believe.

No idea about the other 3...

+EV - Positive Expected Value ; an attribute of a play that is good in the long run, over multiple trials

EV = Expected Value. Good play maximizes EV.
bandwagon theory = The idea that early in ww games, the best villager play is to have TWO! (or more) bandwagons, as this helps to determine who the wolves are in later rounds. I'm a little iffy on exactly why it's a good idea actually, ask nicholasp27.
engame theory = applies in must-lynch situations. includes the stipulation that one is not to insta-vote because the wolf will pile on any viLOLager and win immediately.

countif - A common function in computer spreadsheets; used to refer to updated vote count lists in a werewolf game, as the spreadsheets used to make those lists use that function

I am sure there are a lot of concepts that were discovered both here and at BGG. There are good players at both sites.
