Do the Gift2Go cards still work? Are there any cheaper pre-paid debit cards that work?
|
Re: How are US citiznes depositing for the deposit bonus on STARS?
the problem with epass is that it takes seven business days for funds to become available. This is very poor, especially given the vig that epass charges. I am sure epass sending a debit to your us bank acct as an ach which could be posted within one to two days.
I hope epass enjoys the float, when the US government changes the law to allow internet poker, these type of companies will disappear. |

We are offering a GREAT DEPOSIT OPTION for our US Players called: VISA DEBIT. VISA Debit Cards are VISA cards that can be loaded online using another Visa or MasterCard which can then be used to make deposits online. [/ QUOTE ] |

[/ QUOTE ] The vig aint that bad, it's $2 per load from a bank but you're right, the wait time sucks heinous donkey balls. I initiated a load right after I saw the promotional materials and it's going to get loaded the last day of the bonus period. That blows, but the fees are a heck of a lot less than the paytru card. |
Re: How are US citiznes depositing for the deposit bonus on STARS?
I thought epass was 5% load fee

|
Re: How are US citiznes depositing for the deposit bonus on STARS?
I tried using my BoA debit card but it didn't work, so I deposited with MoneyGram. It was very easy. And yes, you need to show ID to send $600.

Re: How are US citiznes depositing for the deposit bonus on STARS?
You need to look around more as all your questions have already been answered... Go deposit using a gift2go cards, while you await setting up your epass.

anyways moneygram is 4tw, just did it took like 10 mins to reach stars [/ QUOTE ] yup, i'm surprised at how ridiculously easy it is. ~15min to show up at stars acct. Easy steps: 1) stars -> deposit screen-> moneygram express -> enter amount + bonus code 2) stars will display sample moneygram with all the info you need. print it out. it looks almost exactly like a moneygram form. 3) goto grocery store/walmart, copy info from printout to real moneygram form. <--------- hangs head in shame for being so anxious about it. note: you have to wait 48hrs after last deposit to withdraw |

I thought the Internet Gambling legislation outlawed electronic transfers such as this to and from (US based) banks. I just tried using my Washington Mutual debit card and the transaction was rejected. |
Re: How are US citiznes depositing for the deposit bonus on STARS?
Netspend reloadable prepaid visa.
Now I just recently opened a Wells Fargo account just so my friend could send me cash. I might have to test out their debit card. |
Re: How are US citiznes depositing for the deposit bonus on STARS?
I mentioned the PayTru card I used this morning in another thread.
It worked smoothly and took all of 30 minutes to complete. FWIW |
