Adjusting to 6-Max - K9s in BB couple of limpers

I had a super hot first session at 6-Max but since then I've been donking off chips trying to get calling stations to fold whilst I'm OOP.

I'm trying to adjust the agression but thought at the time I may have been too meek here - waddya think?

UTG was 18.4/5.3/3.29/114

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB calls, Hero checks.

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4SB, 4 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#cc0000">UTG 3-bets</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5.5BB, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">UTG raises</font>, Hero calls.

River: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (9.5BB, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">UTG bets</font>, Hero calls.

Results:
Final pot: 11.5BB

Seems pretty standard when I look at it now - turn raise?

I'm new to LHE:

As played.

I would have re-raised on the river for value.

literally the only reason to donk the turn is so you can 3bet it

Look at Villain's stats: he's ubernitty for 6-max. I'm fine with calling down.

If he's a nit that means he has like slowplayed overpair/9x/fullhouse then right? Is he checking any of those?

I'm not saying you're wrong (I don't know what 6max stats look like) but bet/call turn is just handing him money unless you think he can check behind. c/c turn maybe, bet/3 turn maybe, c/r/c turn maybe, c/c no.

I love 6max, and I advise every single member here to move as quick as you can to 6max.
That said, I would actually cap that flop.
Since you didnt, I would probably 3bet that turn. NH!

He hasn't slowplayed. He three-bet the flop.

I'm not saying three-betting the turn is BAD, just that it's not the "ZOMG WTF WERE YOU THINKING???//slash" mistake it's been made out to be.

You don't think that 77 and A9s are in his limping range?

EDIT: Now I get it, since I said "slowplayed overpair" before the other stuff so you thought I was implying that anything he had was slowplayed. I was talking about overpairs only when I mentioned the slowplay thing as any overpair is TT at minimum. Of course those other things are in his range.

I haven't seen a full ring limit game running on any site I have played. Who offers full ring LHE?

Re: Adjusting to 6-Max

LOL, but seriously though, sometimes, on some sites, either there are no FR games running or they're so nitty-tight they're worthless. The other night on UB there were zero FR tables at 1/2 and 3/6.
