Can someone explain to me what Clemens's deal is. Serious question. I don't get the signing with a team in May bit. Hasn't he pitched pretty well the last few years? Why won't anyone sign him longer, because he's old? Is it his choice?

Its his choice. He doesnt want to pitch a full season, cause hes old and his body cant handle 35 stars/year anymore.

And the bullpen is just fine, they had to work a billion hours in april but proctor/farnsworth/henn to rivera seems alright to me....

Like I said, they are one starter short. Also, there bullpenn has been terrible this season and they have no one to really rely on besides Rivera. I am a diehard neutral baseball fan, while you just sound like some homer trying to defend your team.
