full tilt checks taking longer
I have read several people saying that the full tilt check process is taking longer and i agree. It was taking approximately a week or 6 days to receive a check now it seems to take a lot longer. Sent an email to them as it has now been over 10 days . they sent me back saying it is ten days after the it is processed. It seems that the processing time is taking somewhere int he extent of 5 days. SO it is technically about 15 business days which is starting to become ridiculous compared to some other sites such as stars. Are they falling apart again?

wow nice to get intelligent responses but then again a you actually think you are funny now that is even more pathetic. You actually go around trying to crack one liners and they are never funny. Get a LIFE!!!

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
I've noticed this too. Requested on the 11th and processed on the 13th, still haven't gotten the check.

Your post wasn't as negative as some, but I think people get tired of the "sky is falling" attitude that pervades so many of these threads. FT cheques taking longer is disappointing, but I hardly see how it is evidence that they are falling apart. Just my $0.02. |
Re: full tilt checks taking longer
they processed by request in 24hrs but I have not received my check yet. That was 9 days ago. It once took the post office 2 weeks after it was postmarked to deliver it.

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
I am just saying that the checks seem to take a lot longer than they used to. I like the site but the check process seems to be slowing down just wanted to know if anybody else had seen this occuring. Site is still good everything else is fine-nothing is falling apart or down just wanted to know.
Thanks |
Re: full tilt checks taking longer
It's been pretty variable for me. I've requested a lot of checks in the last couple months, most take 7-10 business days from time of request, a couple have been faster, and one never showed up. I kinda think it's mostly the postal service's fault.
I did get the check that never showed up resolved, the credited my FTP account about 5 weeks after I requested the check. I started complaining about 2-3 weeks after I requested it, took a lot of e-mails, but eventually it did get resolved. |
Re: full tilt checks taking longer
I requested one the 19th and got it today.

Re: full tilt checks taking longer

Re: full tilt checks taking longer

I don't care as much about the time it takes to get here as much as the security of using someone like fedex or ups who can actually track things and is responsible for lost items. |
Re: full tilt checks taking longer
Was given confirmation for a check on April 9th, stating ten business days to deliver. E-mailed FTP today, who said to e-mail them back if it isn't here by next Friday (WTF). They blamed in on USPS of course.

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
Fed EX how is that possible? DId you request that? Anyone else not get their checks? i mean how long do i wait until i contact them and say what the hell happened to my check. This is very disappointing to me. 4/16 -4/28. That is a long time.

------------------------ I thought checks over 2500 are mailed express? Thank you for emailing into Full Tilt Poker Support. We understand the effect this has on you due to the inconveniences caused by our extended delivery times. After offering expedited delivery to our players, we received reports that some players did not receive their check within the 3-5 business days cited due to delays with our check processor. Unfortunately, the issues were beyond our control as our check processor was not able to keep up with the demand for expedited delivery. Rather than offer a service time line we were unable to meet, we had to make changes to our delivery options so that players would receive their checks within the time frame promised. After reviewing actual delivery times, we are no longer offering the option of expedited delivery. Checks will now be delivered by United States Postal Service mail only and should arrive within 10 business days from the time your withdrawal request is approved (1-3 days processing and 3-7 days delivery time). Delivery times to destinations outside the Continental United States will vary. Thanks again for writing to us with your concerns and we do appreciate your play at Full Tilt Poker. Re: full tilt checks taking longer
7 weeks ago I requested a check and got it in 1 week. Last night I requested they change my processor to check from mywebatm (because that service is quickly falling apart) to checks. Today I get a response that says "Our records show that you have recently changed addresses. Please blah blah blah" they want me to give them my info again.
WTF. I've already done this (I don't have easy access to a fax machine). I have not changed addresses in the last 2 months (or the last 5 years for that matter). Do they just make this bs up to delay paying us? This might be the final straw for me. I'm so tired of getting jerked around from them in getting my money. Its bad enough that we have to *contact* them through their super slow customer service to change our processor. There should be a button for that. Then they jerk you around for days before they say "ok, you are good to go"...and then you guys are saying that instead of a week for 2,500 plus checks, its going at 3 weeks to some? This is unacceptable. I've been a loyal FT player for a year and a half...I guess I have to finally give stars my business. cliff notes: FT lies and makes up reasons not to send you checks no matter how good of a customer you are. ***I just read the above message after I originally wrote this. It explains the delay, but its still unacceptable and doesn't account for them lying to me about changing addresses. |

There was a delay of 9 days from when my cashout was processed to when it was shipped. This may be due to them changing processors and banks. Why did they send it Fedex? No Idea. |

still bothers me --i am not sure whether they are starting to have problems

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
well, to follow up on my previous post, Full tilt told me that they had indeed made a mistake and that I didn't need to resend my info in order to cash out a check. They even gave me a 26 dollar token to appease me for getting jerked around. Now, I'll get to see just how long it takes to get the check.

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
I just ordered a check and it says
Status: Processing Do I still need to be approved via email or is that it. This was like 30 hours ago I got this email. Do I need to email them and make sure they are approving it? |
Re: full tilt checks taking longer
Well, lucid, you might want to write them. My saga continues.
I send email asking to change processor to check. I get reply that since I changed addresses I need to resubmit info to get checks. I send email telling them (strongly) that this is their mistake and I haven't moved and for them to quit jerking me around. The reply "sorry, our mistake, you are good to go" and give me a 26 dollar tourny token. I then send email asking for withdrawal again, this time I'm denied because they tried to send the 5k to mywebatm (which if mywebatm didn't have limits, the money would have been sent to them). This is f'n insane. And the super slow responses from emails are driving me out of my skin. I can't believe we have to email them before we can make the withdrawal for checks. They should have an option to choose that will cut out that one email. Each email costs us 12-24 hours in time. And when they screw up, like they have with me, it costs us days. So irritating. |
Re: full tilt checks taking longer
Haven't read 20+ responses before me, but I got a check on Friday, 2/27, that I had requested on 2/19. 8 days instead of 7 for previous checks so no real difference for me.

Josh, ok relax...you have to understand why I had that response. It looked like you were giving us info that was not helpful at all and it was compounded by the fact that you didn't read any of the earlier threads.

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
Sent full tilt an e mail today regarding my check which was processed on the 16rh. They skipped the standard e mail and sent me directly the head cashier which is at least a step i think. Now waiting for a response from a senior cashier or am i getting the run around. I am a semi big time player. I do not think they want to lose the amount of rake i make for them. But i will not play on the site until i get this check. let's see what the senior cashier has to say

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
I cashed out on the 23rd, approved on 26th and check arrived on 30th. This even though they somehow took the abbreviation CT in my street name to mean Crescent.

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
OK got an email today saying they have a new check processor. they said they sent it to them marking it urgent and will get back to me as soon as possible. I usually do get my checks in 5 days. This is very bad. Anyone know who the new processor is? Also there are now over 15 people I know who have not received their checks who had there checks process on or before APril 18. Unacceptable!

Re: full tilt checks taking longer
