Re: Some hands where i own people...
Um, 2nd hand looks like total spewage.
Then again, I don't 'crush' these games |
Re: Some hands where i own people...

Re: Some hands where i own people...
How do people play NL, meh its a game ill never understand
|
Re: Some hands where i own people...
are you kidding? sometimes i wonder how anyone plays limit. i swear half the minraising/reminraising donks i see at NL tables must think they're playing limit
|
Re: Some hands where i own people...
Can you offer analysis of these hands, please?
I am very curious to know your thinking on these. On Hand #1 I would have checked behind turn and folded to a river bet. Regarding hand #2, isn't SB's stack too shallow for this call to be made? I though a rule with suited semi-connector's was that the call should be less than 5% of your stack and your opponent's. I understand the other streets though. But on the 3rd hand all I understand is the preflop play. |
Re: Some hands where i own people...
I'm not a no limit expert per se. But here's my analysis:
1. Drink more. 2. Bet more. 3. Win more. /mc |

Oh I get it now. He's drunk. [/ QUOTE ] It's not that simple. These hands are probably very well played. It's hard to say without all the NL metagame mumbo jumbo. I think the actual strategy is something more like this: 1. Put your opponent on a hand that will fold. 2. Bet. /mc |
Re: Some hands where i own people...
I have never once been able to read one of your posts without stopping to stare at her for at least 15 seconds or so. You know what she's saying? I saved her to my computer and blew her up and still can't tell.

Re: Some hands where i own people...
Hand 1 BAFFLES me, hand 2 looks normal.
|
Re: Some hands where i own people...
basically these are all well timed bluffs representing either a flopped hand or a completing a draw on the turn.
put enough pressure on some of these nits and they will fold. |

She's singing a song in French. It's called "J'en ai marre"

Re: Some hands where i own people...
hand 1: crazy, not sure what he did that with, although I wouldn't be surrpised if he didn't have a jack.
hand 2: you got ace hi (or worse) to fold. Next time you can probably win the pot with a $50 bet hand 3: you had best hand and beat AK. |

Re: Some hands where i own people...
There were some specific considerations in these hands, which included reads and my table image at the time, as well as the table image i was trying to create for myself because i showed some of these.

Re: Some hands where i own people...
Thanks man. That was going to drive me crazy.
Just looked her up. One of my new favorites. Not incredibly good looking, but damn I like that body motion. |
Re: Some hands where i own people...

Re: Some hands where i own people...
Sorry I know no strategy in BBV but just want to learn something if I can.
Hand 1. I take it you saw the $500 bet as a blocker, so pushed knowing he was prepared to fold to a raise? |
