Damn they are cutting into my window of time I am available to play per day hope they are more lenient with hitting the your VIP quota since we are losing time.

I am pretty sure I cleared last week's bonus and haven't gotten my $$. So far it looks like no one has been paid yet, but could people start posting when they do get theirs?

I fired this email off to the vip@party address regardless:

I'm worried about the new client loaded today and meeting my Accelor-8-tor goals.

The bugginess of the rollout seems to be a problem for multitablers and high-volume players, preventing them from playing lots of hands. These are exactly the types of VIPs at which the Accelor-8-tor bonus is aimed, and the high raked hands goals set by this bonus are going to be pretty hard to meet if the software isn't running smoothly in short order.

What sort of consideration will be made to players going for the Accelor-8-tor bonus? Hitting the goal all 8 weeks is obviously of prime importance, so missing one week is crippling. So far the client was down for about 8 (+?) hours today, and the crashing/can't click buttons/booted from tables, etc, isn't helping me get any hands in, either.

Its pretty ridiculous for them to expect those of us with big goals to meet them if their software is down for 24+ hours.

With your new software it has become incredibly difficult to multi-table and clear this bonus. The software is very buggy (see the half a dozen threads on twoplustwo.com : http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/po...mp;Board=inet) and I may be unable to complete the bonus for this week if the bugginess of the software continues. WIthout doing 8 weeks of the bonus this would drastically effect the relevance of this bonus for the amount of time I would need to put in. Please advise what you will to make up for this lost playing time and the opportunity cost of changing software in the middle of the bonus period.

I didn't get paycheck as well. Probably they will pay after all the eight weeks with premium. I think they will repair bugs with equipment since VIP rake is fair enough to worry a little their IT specialists. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Logged on and got new client. See message that if downloaded version 0.90 before 9 PM ET then click to upgrade to more stable version 0.91. Examine my client version and see that it is 0.90 even though got it around 11 PM ET. Click and get taken to page that says upgrade by clicking here, but there is no here to click on.

Looks like we wait a week or two for things to settle down. Hopefully that will mean only needing to update other software once as well (waffle cards, PT, etc.).

There is no reason the upgrade should delay payment of the acceler8tor bonus. They've been planning the upgrade for months...they told us we would get paid weekly on Thursdays. It's not really the money for me...I can wait. But it's just annoying that the site says one thing, does another, and then blames it on technical glitches due to an upgrade they've been working on for months.

The words "Candy Ass" come to mind. I'm close to closing my account and moving to Stars or becoming one of the few players on Full Tilt (whose site I love except for the lack of action).

for everyone complaining, stop your bitching. they are obviously going to pay you your money, what is the big deal about waiting an extra 12 hours for your 300$?

They're running a business. When they tell you $X is going into your account on Y day then it should happen. Pretty basic. You wouldn't let a bank do this would you?

In addition, I get replies from customer service which make me wonder whether they've read my email.

I got mine. I was 3K points short but that was only because my points at the new 6max tables didnt load. They still gave me the bonus.

The big deal is they NEVER do what they say they will do. Its not a good way to do business, that is the big deal.
