UB froze my acct and funds - tell me why
 

Can anyone make some sense of this email I received earlier today from UB Payout Security Department? I made a deposit of $600 last sunday (3/25) to get a reload bonus, cleared it over the next few days, played enough to earn another 200 points or so after clearance, and then requested a cashout of $800 on thursday night(3/29). What have I done wrong, if anything?

I haven't sent them the fax yet but I plan to. Although I don't see what a picture ID has to do with the issues raised in the email. And what do I write in my "explanation" if I don't know what I've done wrong? I've never run into a problem like this so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

This is about the 10th such post we've seen in the past 2 weeks. Needless to say everyone needs to get their money out ASAP. How can it be bonus abuse when they are offering the bonus? It's like a store saying they will take your money because of coupon abuse if you use their coupons too much.

Just to be crystal clear, bonus abuse as defined by UB is: Successfully completing the terms of the bonus while maintaining a balance at or above your deposit amount.

Do I understand this right?

I think what UB is refering to is that players are withdrawing for the sole purpose of re-deposting to get a bonus. This isn't allowed. But then again, there bonuses are hard as [censored] to clear anyway.

I just tried to withdraw 9 days ago and never heard anything from them. I made to inquiries and got useless replies.

First reply = there is a 24 hour waiting period for withdraws to be approved.

Nothing for a week then I inquire again.

2nd reply = your account is getting a "'random' security check." this was yesterday.

I replied to this by asking WHY and HOW LONG will this take and I was semi-angry but not profane or hateful.

I got no response at all its been about 14 hours, but...

Now when I try to login to UB it says "Invalid player name, please try again."

I have no idea why they have singled me out and decided to screw with me...

Anyone have any idea what this means/is my money gone forever?

Isn't the bonus at UB structured so that you actually pay like 65% of your rake even if you only play the minimum amount?

They get to decide whether to KEEP THE ORIGINAL DEPOSIT MONEY of "suspected bonus abusers". They must be doing this out of the goodness of their hearts!

Fine don't pay the bonus. But where do they get off taking the deposit money. This is why I never choose a site based on bonuses. In fact, I could care less about bonuses. I find a site with a good reputation for payouts cause that's all I care about. They don't give bonuses, who gives a f***. If I win, I know I'll get paid. End of story.

Yeah they haven't given me any explanation on why they are screwing with me... I generated like 1600 rake last month and they are screwing w/ me on a 700 withdrawal???

I do maximize my Ultimate Points to Cash Rate but I didn't realize they would ban me and keep my $ for participating in their promotions???

I would make them more than my $700 cashout THIS MONTH ALONE if they just process my cashouots and let me play... wtf are they thinking???

You should all file complaints at CasinoMeister....if the problem is not resolved in several cases, they blacklist the site which apparantely is a big deal.

At the microlimits, the bonus+rakeback+points for $$$ is way above 100% rakeback. It's also worth mentioning that at the reload link it clearly stated * Players that deposit and withdraw bonus dollars without significant amount of play will be required to forfeit their bonus dollars. I'm definitely not condoning what UB's doing, but I also think players that are just grinding out the hands at > 100% rakeback and then immediately withdrawing are idiots who need a little bit of common sense.

Yes the UB bonus $ does reduce your MGR by 25% I believe.

I didn't do anything like this I have played about 100k hands of 50NL the last couple months. The 600 bonus is long gone. Even w/ the UP-to-cash, bonus and rakeback they have made quite a bit off me.

Yet they have chosen to screw me for some reason.
