They are obviously not paying anyone.
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Why didn't you try bankwire? They offer it now. I'm one week in, slowed up by a bank statement verification.
has anyone recieved a bankwire yet? |

Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
i have a question. Is my bank going to charge a $50 foreign wire transfer fee (which is their fee) for a bankwire withdrawal from sb. Or is it ACH? I already initiated it. Would hate to pay a 50% fee.
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
I have been waiting for a bank wire for 3 weeks. I am not aware of anyone getting paid over the last month.
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
In the other forum linked to in the last sportsbook thread, people say they're getting paid slowly.

In the other forum linked to in the last sportsbook thread, people say they're getting paid slowly. [/ QUOTE ] Yep it looks like the panic is almost over. Payouts are still coming out way too slow, but I'm sure they are ridiculously backed up with withdrawal requests considering they haven't had a processor since mid Feb. |
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
I have been trying to get money from sb since January.
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showth...e=0#Post9472782 Finally after about 20 conversations with them, They told me that they sent me a back wire on 3/27 and it will take 7-10 business days. I can only hope that they actually sent it and I will actually get it. |
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
I cashed out from Cake Poker using epassporte.
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Which relates to the sportsbook issue how?
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Cake is a skin of Sportsbook. I am assuming they use the same Check Processor because both sites are having cashout issues.
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
People havent been paid in 2 months. In much more serious than "cashout issues".

Do you make a habit of proudly revelling in your ignorance?
Cause you're surely wasting no opportunities to display it. |

Still waiting for my check.
2 months. |
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Got my bank wire on April 6. They maintained all along that it had been sent on March 14. This is after I cancelled my w/d by check after 2-3 weeks of run around and re-sent by wire.

Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
For those lucky peeps that got their cash via wire, what bank do you use?
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
been 2 months and nothing

Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Just got off the phone with them. They canceled my first withdrawal request (made two weeks ago), because my account had never had a deposit, just the $20 bonus. They took out $20, and put the rest of the money back in my account. I hit and ran the $8-16 for $250 and tried to cash out (~2300) again.
Next time I called and they asked for a voided check to confirm my bank details. I scanned the check and sent it via email. I called again today to confirm they received the check (they had). I asked how long until I get the money. The fellow said it would be 10-15 business days after they sent it to the payment processor, but that the processor is very backlogged so they won't send it to the processor yet. The processor only processes a fixed number of transactions a day so as to avoid arousing suspicion. "How long total?" I asked. "At least a month." But it's the first thing approaching an honest answer I've gotten. Cliff notes: 1 month+ for bank wires |
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Just got this.
Dear XXXXXX, The current withdrawal delays we are experiencing are lasting a good deal longer than any of us had anticipated, so we thought we owed you a more in-depth explanation. As we explained previously, this situation is a direct result of the US Legislation passed last year. After a time, the processors we used for both deposits and withdrawals opted to pull out of the US market which left us no choice but to find other alternatives to get you and thousands of others their well-earned cash. This was where we were a few months ago. In a situation like this, with your money and our reputation at stake, we had to make sure we were making the right choice for all involved. The new partners had to be comfortable with this task and commit to the high standards of trust and expediency we expect. After an exhaustive and stringent selection process, we eventually narrowed down the candidates and made our choices. However, there were still several factors to keep in mind. Although this had already taken far longer than we would have liked, we couldn't just send every single pending withdrawal out in one batch. In order to prevent a similar situation occurring, our new partners are forced to limit the value and number of daily transactions occurring. Also, our new partners are located offshore, so our delivery times have had to increase. This is where we are now. Your XXXXXXXXX withdrawal is currently in a queue. As soon as it reaches the top of that queue, it will be on its way to you. Although our customer care team is more than happy to help you at all times, there is unfortunately nothing they can do to speed this process up. The backlog is shifting (we are processing a lot faster than new withdrawals are occurring), but it will take time. Your money is safe and with a company who could afford to take the time to ensure that it was never anything less than safe. We will be around for as long as the US public wants to make the right choices for themselves, and you are making that happen right now. We thank you and all our customers sincerely for your understanding at this time - it is wholeheartedly appreciated. Regards, The MVP Management Team. |
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
my wire was 'suppose' to be processed 3/27. after going through 90% are hitting between the 7-10 days to 25% are hitting then and most are hitting by 12-13 days, i decided to call and see what was going on. to my surprise sportsbook had just been updated that there were 3 batches, 3/21, 3/24, and 3/27 that didnt go through, they were resubmitted 4/4, 4/10, and 4/11 respectively. so now it will be another 10-15 business days to get my wire.
i am glad to hear that someone has got their wire. it wouldnt surprise me if we never get paid. i even went to my bank and researched what would be necessary to dispute the credit card charges. atleast that way i might get something back. best of luck |
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
So what's faster...check or bank wire?

Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Neither, nobody gets paid either one.
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Excellent. Glad the first time I win a mtt is at sportsbook. Not that it matters every place else is just as bad.
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
A ray of hope to others, perhaps.
I received a courier check from Sportsbook today. Took 2 months and 1 day from when requested. |
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
More 'good news'....I got my wire after about 2 months. There was a $17 fee taken out, but I am happy...
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Finally got my wire transfer today
looks like they took out $7 was suppose to be a free withdraw the bastards unless my bank charged $7 the bastards |
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Banks almost always charge to receive a wire. It's likely on your end.
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Do people feel good about getting withdrawls from Sportsbook? I have been waiting for QUITE some time?
|
Re: Sportsbook.com poker withdrawal
Well, I feel like if they were planning on not paying me, they probably wouldn't go through so much trouble to act like the are trying to pay me. Still wating for my wire- almost 2 months now.
Oh this is an interesting sidenote: pokerlistings.com lists sportsbook.com poker as #5 in their top 10 online poker rooms, with a 10/10 in financial security. "No reported problems with deposits and withdrawals are recorded." (which is completely false, their problems are listed all over the place) If I was a hacker I would blow up pokerlistings.com computers. |
