AP now has ACH withdraw option!
Check your withdraw options on AP, you can now withdraw directly into your bank account through ACH. "Add funds ACH."
|
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
You may want to clarify your post. I just finished an online chat with banking support and the ACH option is for Europeans only.
|
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
Hmmm, sorry, if the option isn't available for Americans it should will be soon from what I heard.

Another early April Fools joke??

Then again, you never know if all the CSR's are completely on top of every development. I don't have enough money in my AP account to access the cashout page, so I couldn't check for myself. |
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
No, it's no joke, I was told it was available to everyone, if not already then very soon.
|
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
I can add via ach but not withdraw it seems.

Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!

Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
WOW!! I still wont play there. After changing their bonus requirements and rakeback policy, Absolute can take their site and stick it where the sun dont shine. Anybody should be boycotting AP.

[/ QUOTE ] I don't see why their changes are a reason to boycott. It's not like they did anything unethical. You might not like it and choose to play elsewhere which is fine, but they are still one alternative in the poker marketplace that I feel reasonably safe with. |
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
At least they're working on helping people get their money out instead of just getting money in.

As the other poster says, at least they are trying to pay out best they can but it's hard to defend many of their actions of the last 3 months. |

I think that's pretty obvious on things like rakeback. Not saying I like it, because I don't, but there were changes in the market place that may have made those changes necessary. |
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
I'm chatting with a rep right now.
I have two checks on the way to me. I've been waiting > 3 weeks for the oldest one. The rep says it will cost me "$42 and and you have to wait 7 days" to put stop payment on the checks... I think I'm going to do it anyway. |
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!

The terms are subject to change. [/ QUOTE ] On new players and new bonuses yes but changing them retroactively is sleazy. Basically what they are saying is "Thanks affiliates for bringing us that players, now we are not going to pay you what we agreed." I can't see why anyone would promote them or UB (who did the same thing) now. They also sent out an email as recently as two days before they changed the bonus terms soliciting players to deposit under the old bonus terms. Then these terms were not honored, a classic bait and switch. Hard to argue that they should be allowed to change terms of anything on a whim. What baffles me so much is why so many people put up with it. What agreement are they not going to keep their word on next? |
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
Well...unless you're playing LHE ring the rakeback+bonus is still just as good as FTP or Stars (and in several cases its better). I think the biggest thing is that the # of players on AP is about the same now as it was before the changes and alot of 2+2ers (and presumeably other winning players) have left. Put two and two together...

Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
I just created a new account at AP after reading this thread, but I don't see any ACH deposit option, am I missing something?

So has anyone used this add funds to withdraw?

Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
This is big news. IMO best thing we've seen since neteller went down. If AP can do it, the rest of the sites can't be too far behind, right?
|
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
This is pretty nice. I requested a cashout yesterday morning and it just hit my account. I'm an Elite VIP fwiw. I don't really see this as a long term solution though as this should be pretty easy to block once the time comes.

And I thought paperless checks were ok no matter what either way, anybody know if this is ACH network or maybe just a paperless check? Maybe paperless checks use ACH network? It's all pretty confusing. |
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
Does this work for Americans yet?
|
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
yes, I haven't done it yet, but a friend has made a successful WD into his bank acct
|
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
Do you need to sign up at the addfunds.com website or just enter your bank info on withdraw option at the cashier?

Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
requested ACH on 4/3...still pending in my account status. I know the T&C state 3-5 business days but it looked like some were hitting faster...
anyone try this recently and still have it pending after a couple days? |
Re: AP now has ACH withdraw option!
i requested on on 4/3 as well. I'm happy to see I'm not the only one still waiting. I emailed [email protected] last night. Haven't heard back yet. Will post when I learn more.
