Prima Withdrawals (US Players)

I'm a player from the US and I've been having trouble cashing out from Poker Rewards (a prima skin). They would not send the money to my Click2Pay account, which is what I used to deposit. So I asked them how a player from the US could withdraw and they told me ACH transfer. I requested an ACH transfer on Feb 20th and I recieved an email that was encouraging. It said the withdrawal was sent out Feb 23rd through a new payment processor and if I didnt recieve the money in 10 working days to contact them immediately.

However it has now been over 10 days and still I have not recieved my money. So I am wondering has anyone from the US actually recieved an ACH transfer from Prima in the last 2 weeks? Anybody else having similar trouble? Finally, if you were having trouble cashing out from prima and succeeded, what method worked for you? Any thoughts, suggestions or general information regarding prima withdrawals would be appreciated.

do a search for this, and then use EcoCard to cash out.

Re: Prima Withdrawals (US Players)

I have searched for this and the posts were several weeks old. I'm looking for up to date information from other US players that either have been or are currently having trouble with prima. Poker Rewards does not offer EcoCard as a withdrawal option.

I received an email from Golden Riviera support saying that the ACH request I made was processed on their end Feb. 27 and that it would hit my bank account in 4-7 days. It hasn't. I contacted support through live chat today and they said their accounts team would look into it and get back to me. I'll update if something happens or if a long period of time goes by with nothing happening.

Re: Prima Withdrawals (US Players)

i just talked to dreampoker customer support about an ach withdrawal I made 10 days ago and was told it would be 21 working days for USA players but I would be paid. They sent an email confirmation saying 3 to 5 days originally and if there is such a problem they ought to notify us of the change by email. But, I will be satisfied just to get paid and be very glad I have only a little bit of money on another prima site. So, I guess, my advice is patience for the moment.

Re: Prima Withdrawals (US Players)

It's been over a month for me too cefis. I still dont understand why they wont send the money to my Click2Pay account. It is what I used to deposit and it has worked with other prima rooms. I sent them an email earlier today asking about it but havent heard back yet.

21 working days? Man that does not sound good at all. Another month of waiting to look forward to. I mean how hard is it to send money to a person, honestly. Seems like they arent putting much effort into keeping U.S. customers.

Got my prima money into the brand new ecocard in two days. haven't taken it down from there yet but at least it's closer than it was.

i was getting ecocard and epassporte tangled, and had more trouble than i should have...i have 1000 coming from one prima site that uses it, so hope it will work well.

if pokerrewards doesn't use it or epassporte, contact microgaming and ask why...there is no reason for not having one of those two available.

I have requested a withdrawal from pokershare via ACH. They originally told me it should take 5-7 business days, but after that time period passed I e-mailed them again. They told me that it will probably take an additional 5-10 days than originally expected, so I'll update you guys when (if) I get my money.

I have been waiting for a check from a prima skin for nearly a month. Every e-mail I send the reply is that it should take 21 business days. I think that is ridiculous that it would take that long to arrive from anywhere in the world.

Re: Prima Withdrawals (US Players)

The check I received from River Belle (Poker Time) was not honored and my bank returned it to me. I was told by River Belle support that they were no longer providing checks as there was a problem with their check processor(keep in mind different prima skins different strokes).

I set up an eco account last week and got my funds there in two days. Initiated the withdrawal to my bank account on Tuesday. Process seems to be mirroring other posters experiences, so hope to see money show up in my bank account sometime this week.

Speaking of Ecocard, why did Poker.com get rid of this option?!!

Re: Prima Withdrawals (US Players)

I've been trying to get money from Trident since late January. First the check they sent bounced, then an ACH transfer did not go through. I signed up for ecocard, withdrew to it, and requested a wire transfer to my bank. These supposedly take 3-5 business days, and monday will be 6 business days from the tine that the transfer actually processed. Hopefully I'll get the money early next week.

I don't understand why Prima doesn't support epassporte. If they did then this process would be much easier.

Also I got a weird email from customer service saying that my pending withdrawal would be delayed an additional 10 days or something, despite the fact that the money already hit, and left, ecocard. Hopefully I'll get double-payed. That would be a nice way to make up for this pain in the ass, though I'm not counting on it.

They sent it to my click2pay no problem, keep yelling at support. What I did was Prima-->click2pay (I was at trident btw) and then click2pay-->bodog and then bodog-->free western union. Got my $900 in like 2 days.

Also waiting on $ from Poker Rewards. They've told me repeatedly that there are no US withdrawal options besides their supposed new payment processor's ACH/paper check. Anyone been able to do click2pay/eco with them?

I just recieved funds from ecocard. It took about 5 days to go from Prima site to ecocard and another 5 days from ecocard to my bank. The cost was $10 USD for each step (-$20) total. Kind of high in my oppinion .. but at least I recieved my funds.

I set up Eco Card 9 days ago. It took two days to get my Poker Time funds on the card and another five business days to see my funds show up in my bank account today. $30.00 in fees.

Today is the 7th business day since my funds left my ecocard account. They still have not arrived in my bank account. This seems to be longer than most people have waited. I sent ecocard an email asking what the deal is, but they have never responded to my emails before, so I am getting worried.

I sent eco card an email the day after I set up my account and received a reply 4 working days later (6 days total). I had already found the answer to my question, but they did eventually reply.

7 days strikes me as a bit long. My transfer took 5 working days. You may want to call your bank and ask them if any wire transfers have been attempted to your account. If the transfer was refused for some reason, it may take another 5-7 working days before the money is returned to your eco card account.

Aparently no wire transfers have been attempted to my account. They recommended that I contact the sender to put a tracer on the transfer. I guess I have to wait for ecocard support after all

Re: Prima Withdrawals (US Players)

Hi ppl,
Just wanted to shed some light on Eco.
Eco wire transfers may indeed take up until a week depending on the number of correspondent banks that funds travel through. This is just the way wire transfers work. Also each of the correspondent banks take their own fee, so this is where 10+10+... comes from.
I don't know where and why the rumors of Eco not accepting US customers start, but it's not true- Eco is still open for everyone.
While most of US customers use Eco as a withdraw option, Eco is widely accepted as a deposit option on internet betting and gambling sites.
Don't bee too upset if your email to support is not immediately answered- ember that there is a time difference between US and Europe. Also there are cases when emails from Eco are simply blocked by a spam filter on receivers end- this is sometimes also the case of account activation codes not received.
I hope I addressed the most common questions.
Good luck to you all!

I've received payment from BetonBet (ACH) and Trident/Poker Time (Eco Card). Those are the only Prima skins I had money on when Neteller stopped processing U.S. customer transactions in January.

Are you actually a representative of ecocard? I have been waiting for my wire transfer for 8 business days now, and my questions to support over several days have so far gone unanswered. In fact only 1 email out of about 6 I've sent since I signed up has been answered, and the problem is not a spam filter.

For what it is worth, there is an updated support email I just received (without direct solication of it):

Recently some of our valued customers have had to wait to receive their casino account withdrawals. We would like to take this opportunity, once again, to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We have been doing everything in our power to ensure that the funds are transferred to you as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately, some of our processing partners have delayed the checks, and ACH transfers, that we have submitted to them. As a result, Fortune Lounge has not been in a position to resubmit these funds to you via alternative payment methods.

We would like to reassure you that you will receive your funds soon. Fortune Lounge will continue to do everything possible to ensure that your money is returned to you, and that this inconvenience is never repeated.

We have been assured by our processing partners that the last of the outstanding checks and transfers will be processed towards the end of the coming week.

If you have not already received your withdrawal, you should receive it shortly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

My ecocard wire transfer was refused and sent back by Commerce Bank. Ecocard said that they have had transfers refused by Commerce in the past, and that my best bet was to try an account with a different bank. I don't have another bank account that's attached to SWIFT, so I would have to open one. I am not happy.

I am thinking of depositing to prima again to attempt an ACH withdrawal. I want to know if people are having success before I do, so please post your ACH success stories if you have any.

Re: Prima Withdrawals (US Players)

Just an "update." I still don't have any money and emailed them today. Here is what I got:

"I do understand the frustration our US Players are going through at the moment and I sympathize with the situation you find you're self in at present. We have been advised that the funds should reflect in our player's accounts by the end of the week but obviously we have almost finished with this week. Some players have contacted us back and
advised us that the funds are reflecting in their bank accounts and thus we are all optimistic that it will go through any day now."

We shall see, but I'm not optimistic about getting anything.

***Update***

When I first requested the ACH withdrawal they said 5-7 business days. When that deadline wasn't met, they said 5-10 additional business days because of delays. Well, still no money so I e-mailed them. They said they are sorry for the delay and their accounting department will get back to me soon. I'll let you guys know what I find out.

I successfully withdrew money from BetonBet using ACH in mid-February. It took about 10 days and $30 in fees (for a 1K withdrawal).

That being said, ACH hasn't worked for me since. I had to use Eco Card to close out my other prima accounts in March.

Yes. I have received an ACH from Pokerrewards last week. This is what I did. In last weeks weekly message it asked us if we wanted a reload for the next week. I replied that weekly message and asked "How is it possible that I could take you up on a reload when I've had a pending withdrawal for 2 months?". I also emailed their cashier. I then got my ACH the following Wednesday. A miracle. Good luck.
