My Doyles checks were very prompt, better than any other site including Stars.

Can anyone tell me if you want to withdrawal by check, you have to pay$10 fee? I saw the fee when I went to cashout and I was surprise. I thought all this time if you cashout by check it's free. Is there any free method anymore for us players on Doyles Room?

Re: Doyle\'s Room - check withdrawal

Well, I put in my check withdrawal today, and it disappeared from my account within 10 minutes of me sending the email.

However, do they send some sort of confirmation or something?

I'm getting a little worried, have nearly my entire roll on Doyle's and put a check through last week. Customer service just told me via e-mail that they "Had a delay in checks" but could send it via epassporte.

I'm on hold now waiting to talk to someone about it.

Re: Doyle\'s Room - check withdrawal

Their livechat said they are not taking calls since they are too busy. I hung up after ~1 hour.

They also said that if you used Neteller they will send the check in 5-12 days per their FAQ.

Who knows it if it true, or if they are going to lie like Neteller.

Re: Doyle\'s Room - check withdrawal

I was just on live chat with their support. I asked for someone in accounting, and they transferred me. I then asked to make a check withdrawal via Fedex, and pay the fee with my points rather than the $30. About 30 seconds passed and he said, "done, is there anything else i can help you with?". My account balance was $0 and hopefully everything is taken care of.

Unfortunately, you can't do this any longer. I tried a couple of days ago and they said it was taking longer than normal. No surprise that they now said today that you could no longer do this (confirmation from online manager/nonresponses from accounting/vip department emails)

Did anyone get the "email"?

If yes, please post it here, as I did not get it and want to know if transferring to FTP is a real option ...

Can you even withdraw from FTP?

Has anyone done this yet? Does it work?

BigBiceps 02-19-2007 11:16 PM

Re: Doyle\'s Room - check withdrawal

There is no button to transfer to Full Tilt per those instructions.

aceskay 02-19-2007 11:19 PM

Re: Doyle\'s Room - check withdrawal

I certainly understand why Full Tilt is doing this, but what is the reason Doyle's Room would agree to let anyone just transfer money to another poker site for free, if indeed it does end up working?

BigBiceps 02-19-2007 11:24 PM

Re: Doyle\'s Room - check withdrawal

Full Tilt probably paid them a fee.
