|
Re: prima withdrawals
Good to hear man, thanks for the update.
|
Re: prima withdrawals
Got my ACH withdrawl today also, from Trident. Took 12 days from start to finish.
|
Re: prima withdrawals
Thanks for the updates...did any of you all receive ACH withdrawals from Battlefield, or were they from other Prima skins?
|
Re: prima withdrawals
Support at trident:
You: Hi, i withdrew on thursday using ACH and wanted to confirm that my withdrawal went through. You: My account is ************* Noeline: Hi. Noeline: Let me check for you. Noeline: Please note that the banks are no longer accepting any withdrawals from online casinos with the methods available. Noeline: Meaning checks, ACH or anything. Noeline: So at the moment all withdrawals at the casino are in a safe pending period until our e-cash company has found a way to process withdrawals to. Noeline: It has to be a method that the bank will not reject. You: My friend flushed a withdrawal last week to wave the 24 hour processing period, and he has recieved his money, so the banks are still accepting ACH. I was told by support previously that if i flushed my withdrawal I made last week that it would work through ACH. Are you now saying it will not? Noeline: This has changed since the 8 or 9 of Feb. Noeline: All withdrawals has been placed on hold. ....... |

Re: prima withdrawals
Battlefield support:
Mark: Hello, how may I help you today? you: Hello, I am a US customer with a ACH withdrawal pending...I wanted to confirm if that is going ok Mark: May I have your account number or email address, please? you: XXXX Mark: one moment please you: k Mark: ACH transfers are taking longer than usual at the moment you: what do you mean? Mark: they will provide us a list soon of which players withdrawals have been successful, you: what is the time frame? Mark: we are unsure at this stage I'm sorry, we should know very soon you: i have been told by Trident Poker, that all ACH withdrawals are suspended, is this true? Mark: I haven't heard that as yet, we will know more soon you: how soon? Mark: I am unsure at this stage I'm sorry you: did something happen over the last few days that has made ACH withdrawals less certain? Mark: Due to the US online gambling laws a number of financial sites have withdrawn from the US market. This has also had an affect on banking processors Sounds like they're just yanking me around...Unfortunately, seems like you're right, Nonfiction. MLSchaff, I have no idea how you get EcoCard to work for you...Battlefield repeatedly tells me that it is not a option for US players... |
Re: prima withdrawals
Nonfiction, when you try to start your ACH cashout? Yesterday?
Thanks. |
Re: prima withdrawals
Email from Battlefield a few minutes later:
Dear Matthew, Thank you for contacting Battlefield Poker. I can confirm that your withdrawal was processed on the 11th February via ACH and should reach your bank within the next 7-10 days. However, we are unable to process any future cashins via ACH. If you have an older ECOcard or Click2pay account, you may be able to use these to cashin. Otherwise, management are looking into the possibility of providing alternative methods of withdrawal and are looking to have this available as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate in contacting us if you have any further questions or comments. The tracking number for this issue is LTK9103175328X. Kind Regards Vivien Unfortunately, it is extremely hard to get consistent information from the Prima support... |

Nonfiction, when you try to start your ACH cashout? Yesterday? Thanks. [/ QUOTE ] Thursday. Apparently that was the day this new policy was implimented. Of course the support guy I talked to that day made no mention of this as he helped me step by step cash out through ACH and then flush my withdrawal. Apparently some cashouts on the 8th went through and some don't, and they do not know which is which yet. All sounds like BS to me. |
Re: prima withdrawals
Ouch, bad news for me. I began my cashout on the 9th. Probably no chance it will go through then.

Re: prima withdrawals
Yep, my ACH was canceled:
Nobuo: Hello, how may I help you today? you: Hello, I am a US customer with a ACH withdrawal pending...I would like to check on its status Nobuo: unfortunately our money processor was unable to process ach and your fund will be reversed into your account in 1-2 days you: are there any other withdrawal options?? Nobuo: do you have click2pay or ecocard account? you: i believe i have an ecocard account, i have never used it tho Nobuo: we are working hard to come up with new method of the payment. hopefully ach comes back next week. we apologize for the inconvenience you: is it possible to transfer funds to another player? Nobuo: unfortunately you: would it be possible to set up a transfer of funds to another player at some point? Nobuo: unfortunately not Nobuo: all the accounts are independent to each other you: so if i am unable to transfer thru ecocard, my money may be permanently stuck in Battlefield? Nobuo: we are currently working to provide alternative method of payment you: ok i guess you: please return the funds to my account ASAP so i can try ecocard Nobuo: i will request our accounting department to return the fund asap you: ok |
Re: prima withdrawals
Nonfiction, have they returned your money to your Trident account yet?
I have not received my money back, and Battlefield is again that they are not sure whether or not my ACH has been canceled. This is despite the fact that they said it had just 6 hours ago. This is quite disturbing... |
Re: prima withdrawals
Use Ecocard, seems to work very well pokersite --->eco --->bank account.

Re: prima withdrawals
Call your bank and get their SWIFT number. The only other number you need is your account number.
|
Re: prima withdrawals
You also need to enter a branch number - ask your bank for this. In my case it was the same as the ABA routing number on my checks, but some banks use different numbers for incoming wires.
For those saying that Eco isn't an option, have you tried to just go to Eco directly and sign up for an account? I have withdrawn from Battlefield twice to my Eco account and it has been painless. |
Re: prima withdrawals
Are you implying that Ecocard somehow works even if a site doesn't list them as an option? That doesn't seem right to me. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding.

Re: prima withdrawals
Just logged into Battlefield and found that my ACH withdrawal is back in my account, live chat said they are no longer able to process them.
|
Re: prima withdrawals
EcoCard seems like an enticing option, I just initiated a cashout to my EcoCard and we'll see how it goes.
Does anyone know if any other poker sites or sportsbooks also use EcoCard as a funding option? |
Re: prima withdrawals
Has anybody actually received a wire transfer from ecocard? I got one from eurolinx poker last week (very classy organization - they were helpful even though I gave them a wrong #) but have about 1k tied up in another prima. I think I'll just move most of it to ecocard.
|
Re: prima withdrawals
MLSchaff, is the limit for withdrawing from Battlefield to EcoCard 5K? Or is that the limit from EcoCard to the bank?
I don't want to start a withdrawal for over 5K and then have Battlefield reject it 5 days later simply because it was over the limit. According to Battlefield customer service, there isn't a limit, but they aren't always the most reliable source around... |
Re: prima withdrawals
NesOne - Not sure about which side the $5K Ecocard limit is. I never thought about it because that's a bit bigger than my standard withdrawals.
Haji - Yes, I have received a wire from Ecocard. Just be aware if you are only doing $1K the fees get a little steep. I realized this when I did $1K as a test run. Eco charges $10 to send a wire. My bank charged me $10 for an incoming wire. And there was an additional $20 taken out by a correspondent bank along the way which I wasn't aware of, and which Ecocard says they can't list as a standard fee (they don't collect this) because depending on what country a wire is sent to it may go through one or more correspondent banks that each take a fee. Shouldn't be more than $20 though going to a major US bank from Eco. So it was a total of $40 fee. Steep for a $1K x-fer, not too bad for $3K+, especially when you consider that courier charges for most sites that still will courier a check are usually around $30 anyway. Spatne - I thought all Prima sites had the same options, but I guess not. Iceman - Maybe that's my bad on the branch code. Thought it was mandatory. Regardless, I asked my bank what a branch code was and they told me it was the same as my ABA routing number so I just put it in the field. |
Re: prima withdrawals
Wow, my bank charges $15 so it would be $45 total on a $700 withdrawal (I kept some $ in the prima site). Maybe I will just hold on to the money in ecocard and see if any other sites start accepting deposits from them in the near future.

Re: prima withdrawals
Dear LFD,
As you are aware, due to the current legislation within the USA, we are having great difficulty paying our United States players their balance of account. This is an unfortunate situation one which we do not have any control over. I would firstly like to reiterate to you that the balance within your casino account is safe. The balance will remain there for you until we can find a method of payment for you. Unfortunately, at present, Checks and ACH are also not an option. However, we are continually trying to find new avenues to make payments back to our US players. We understand that if you have an existing Ecocard or Click2Pay account then we can use that account to make a payment to you. I understand how frustrating and how much inconvenience this is causing you but please understand that it is not Casino Action making these changes to payment options but the financial institutions themselves. |
Re: prima withdrawals
Total BS, they are holding my cashout of $900 to "find me an alternate method of withdrawal" after I told them I could simply withdraw to click2pay (and then deposit on UB and request a check from UB).
Andre: Hi there Andre: When did you request a withdrawal? You: february 8th Andre: Are you referring to your withdrawal of $900.00? Andre: Alrigth, we were informed that the withdrawals were being rejected by the USA banks and that we are now unable to process via ACH back to our players. Andre: However, the Casino bank are busy following up on alternative withdrawal methods for all of out players. Andre: Once we have receive feed back, we will notify all players on our new withdrawal methods. Andre: Anything else I could help you with? You: So... where is my money? Can you put it back in my account so I can withdraw it through click2pay? Andre: Unfortantely, we will not be able to process your withdrawal at this moment, until we received feed back from our Casino bank, however, you withdrawal is with the casino bank and it is not going anywhere, Daniel. You: ...so when will i get my money back Andre: We are still waiting for feed back, in terms of alternative withdrawal methods for all of our players and to be honest with you, I cannot say when exactly we will receive feed back, Daniel. You: Why do you need feed back in terms of alternate methods when I have an alternate method I can use, click2pay. Why would you possibly need to hold my money for me? Andre: We were informed that the withdrawals were being rejected by the USA banks and that we are now unable to process via ACH or any withdrawal methods available at this moment, back to our players. Andre: Anything else I could help you with? You: Yes, I understand that, I've talked to several support people about it before. However, you have my 900 and do not need to find me some alternate withdrawal method, as I already have an alternate withdrawal method, click2pay. So why are you holding my money? Andre: Unfortantely, we cannot process your withdrawal at all, we are still waiting for feed back on alternative withdrawal methods and due to the new law being implemented in USA, there are restrictions that we have to follow, Daniel. Andre: I aplogize for the inconvenience and elay, however, we are still waiting feed back. |

Re: prima withdrawals
I received this email this morning in regards to the $400 Trident owes me:
Thank you for your email. I apologize for any frustration you might be experiencing. The current or previous methods that were available to USA players to make withdrawals are unavailable and do not support us any longer after the new legislation that was passed by the US government last year. Our casino bank will update all our players as soon as a suitable and reliable withdrawal method has been made available; we should know what is happening by the end of next week. Thank you for playing with us and I am looking forward to hearing from you. If there is anything else I can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us. Re: prima withdrawals
My Ecocard experience so far:
I chatted with battlefield on 2/3,and they said Ecocard was the best way to put $ on. So I went to their site and registered a login name and pw and verified it. Didn't do anything else then but look around the site. Found on this forum a few days latter that Eco had stopped taking new US members. Thought I was out of luck, but remembered that I had registered even though I didn't set up a money account. Went back and registered my bank account but couldn't figure out how to deposit into Eco. Went back a few days latter and, after calling my bank and a number at Fortis bank in Germany that uses German as the language on their answering program, I think I have it figured out, but I'm not sure. I have to wire money from my bank to the bank account under the Fortis bank section on the Ecocard site. It costs $35 to do that. The Ecocard site talks about how cheap it is to use their service, so I didn't expect that this was how you did it. I don't know what happens after I wire money to the account. Am I on the right track? Also, to everybody who is having trouble getting money out of Prima: Has anyone thought about opening up a Canadian or Mexican bank account to use at Prima. I know there have been posts about doing this so Party could be an option again, but in that case you still have the problem of setting up a foriegn, pseudo residence and disguising ISPs. But with Prima you don't have those problems. |
Re: prima withdrawals
I cashed out my BattleField balance on EcoCard and it worked fine. They did tell me that you can only use ECoCard if the account was opened after 2/6, but Im not totally sure thats correct. I have a friend who opened his a day or 2 after that and it works.
|
Re: prima withdrawals
I called my bank to get my swift code to setup my ecocard account and my bank had no idea what a swift code is. Any idea on how to get it?
