Paradise Poker Was Fixed!!!

I play Full Tilt a good amount, and cannot seem to get a good winning streak going. I do win overall, but barely. Just when I have a big winning day, the next day will be a huge loss. Soooooooo.... to avoid sounding like another losing whiner, there is only one answer:

Paradise was fixed. In My favor.

I'm not sure how much time they put into doing this, or why they even chose me, but this is becoming very obvious to me.
I used to win there just about everyday during the year+ that I played. I played the same kind of games that I play on Tilt - 3 handed or heads up. The only difference is that at Paradise, I would only lose 2-3 days a month. I even once had 45 winning days in a row there. It is really too bad that they shut off U.S. player. I only hope that there is another site out there that will fix the game in my favor again. Does anyone know any such sites???

So a site was fixed in your favor, but you didn't move country or anything to take advantage of this? Seems kinda -EV.

Paradise players sucked more than Full Tilt. Simple.

Like we would tell you.

I have to point out the most obvious flaw in your reasoning, which is that it is impossible for sites to be rigged in EVERYONE'S favor, poker being a zero-sum (actually negative-sum with the rake) proposition.

paradise was the biggest secret on the net, the games were so sick because of no rakeback and no PAHUD. U can be a mediocre player and prolly could win there, where in limit poker in todays state, u are now the new fish. I think I remember playing with u if ur name is the same , i played 1200 hands everyday m-f for years, it was sick.

Basically, you're admitting to being a horrible player, yes?

JAY SPRING 02-10-2007 01:11 AM

Hi Mitchell,

I was just wondering where I said I was horrible. I actually said "I do win overall." So I was just wondering what made you come out with that statement. Please clarify Mitchell.

I had nearly 100,000 FPP's there. They are supposed to bring them back, but we will see.

They sent me a lot of cool swag over the years though.

Yep.

Funny, I remember how Paradise was rocky compared to Party and had slow software. Now I'd give anything to go back in time and play there pre-legislation. *sigh*

Paradise was much easier. And if you managed to actually find the rakeback methods for it (for the love of Christ don't pm me I can't tell you how people did it) then you were living on easy street.

Re: Paradise Poker Was Fixed!!!

Simple answer. Paradise Poker was rigged for the fish to win so that they would stay around long.

Before this point in time the people who trolled every thread on FTP saying it was rigged were held in the highest regard.

I wonder if Mitchell just isn't replying because he now realizes that his post made no sense. I really hope he replies now, to hear what he has to say.

Allow me to explain to you why mitch's post makes perfect sense.

You think sites are rigged = you don't understand variance/game selection/some other concept = you lack an understanding of the game = you can't be more than decent, but are most likely bad.

Jay,

I really didn't feel like feeding the troll anymore, and it's kind of interesting to see just how many times both of your accounts will drag this stupid post on, but okay, yeah, we get it; you think FT is rigged.

Re: Paradise Poker Was Fixed!!!

PAradise was a fish pool, you simply were lucky enuff to be a bit a better then the other fish OP. you cant play at FT obv since u cant win; therefor it must be rigged. . . or in your case not rigged for you.

Re: Paradise Poker Was Fixed!!!

Dear Mitchell,

It is obvious from your tone that you think you are a better poker player than me. So therefore, I will issue a challenge. I would like a random person from this forum to post a hand situation. Then Mitchell and I will both reply and whomever gives the right answer will be the winner of the challenge. If you win, then I will concede that you are better than me. But, if I win, it means that I am a good player who does win overall online. Do you accept my challenge Mitchell?

P.S. Please do not include starting hands with small kickers in the Challenge Hand. I have trouble laying those down. Thanks.

Why not just play 25 HU matches or something? You don't win at poker by taking exams.

Judging by your posts I'd also think you are most likely a poor, losing player rather than a winner. You also don't sound that bright. Why not post a graph or something?

Challenge questions lol... seriously

And no, it's not rigged (why would they rig it for a "winning" player anyway????).

Dearest Jay,

It's obvious from your tone that you're either a troll or clinically retarded.

Thanks,
