1100bb pot at 5/10, ship it
 

Game is 5/10 2k buy in live. Game has some good regs but some massive fish, anyway, this is the night.

I was stuck about 750 the first 2-3 hours, kinda card dead, and game is full of stations so cant make moves to much, not that i do anyway.

Then in get QQ in the bb, 6 limpers, i raise 100 more, one caller who is a total station and NEVER fold top pair. FLop T87ss, bet 150 he calls, i have him on either a ten or a draw, he 100% raises the flop with any hand that beats me. Turn 7d, so Td 7s 8s 7d, i bet 500, he takes like 2 seconds and calls, river 5c. I think about v betting to get a ten to call but decide he may shove busted draws so i check, he INSTA shoves. "$1045" he announces and stares at me with this mean aggressive look. I actualy get kind of scared to verbal call for some weird reason so stack up my chips and slide them into to pot, he has 56ss for monster draw that missed, QQ good.

Two orbits go by and there is a bit of action, a big pot is brewing. Then this happens....

UTG raise to 40, 1 caller, MP re raise to 100, CO cold calls, i get AA on the button, MP has about 3k and i am 100% sure he is never folding and hand that he 3 bets and UTG is a massive station, have seen him insta call 1k with A3s pre flop, i make it 1100 straight, massive overbet, but is the right amount i feel, these people arent folding and i want their stacks. UTG calls 1100, MP who 3 bet calls 1100, CO calls 1100!!!!! Flop comes Js 4c 6c, checks to MP who bets 700, CO call AI, i shove, utg call, MP call!!!! Turn comes Tc so flush gets there and river comes Jd so top pair is now trips, UTG rolls A2hh for A high nothing, MP rolls QQ, CO mucks, I show AA and scoop 10-11k pot.

biggest pot ever, and for all those following my melb threads in BBV4Life this will def pay for me "indulging" myself while im here:)

yeah tell me about it, the turn being a 3rd club is bad but not horrible, ppl ave to have AK/AQcc really, and nobody ever slammed there cards down wen either te turn or river rolled off, but yes, it was ridiculousy bad turn/river. I actually thought to myself pre flop "i have to get this AI on pretty much any flop, im so getting stacked here, ffs, get 1 caller one time, not 3". but was relieveing when i held up

i usuallly only play online. When i have been to crown a couple of times i've played the 2/5 game but never had enough cash on me to to give 5/10 a shot.

ah i c, only need 1k, ppl buy in for 2k but thats 200bbs, dont have to, prob double up pretty quick anyway:P. It's been getting up around 6-7pm pretty much every night. PM me on here and let me know when ur going down

Ali is v v good but plays mostly 2-5, i was referring to Baden who plays 5-10+.

I play mostly 2-5 but after running sick bad in jan I've been forced to grind at 2-3, which is nothing short of heartbreaking.

Ah k, i haven't met Baden, i'e heard of him though, Ali is the only dude i know with a red hat and sports clothes:P. From what i hear Baden is awesome, looking forward to playing with him.

Keep grinding dude, it turns around, i've been running SICK hot since i got here, its actually digsusting, if i dont flop 3-4 sets a night i get AA and win 10k pot instead, its actually disgusting. Before i came couldnt win anything live for a few months, just variance, its nice when it swings up though:)

if it makes you feel any better got one outered in a re raised pot worth 4k tonight, MP raises, CO calls, i 3 bet QQ, both call, flop KQ8, bet, MP raises, CO folds, call, turn 3c, shove, MP call, river 8, i show and he says "your going to be sick" and rolls 88, not in a rude way, but meh, broke even for night anyway
